The eye exam went very well but then things declined from there. I was charged for a service I asked not to be performed, never received the promised follow up phone call as to the status of my glasses and when I asked not to be transferred to a particular staff member due to that particular persona lack of concern they transferred me to her anyway so unfortunately my experience had turned out very negative and would not recommend going there I get the sense that they. are more. interested in how. much money they can get out of you verses good service. The only part that I feel was top notch service was the eye exam. You guys need to step up on your accountability for how your treat people and the quality of service as it stands you very much lack.UPDATE SINCE WRITING MY REVIEW: I want to add what Willoughby Doctors of Optometry have done in the last week. I received a follow up phone call letting me know that they had contacted the lab were my glasses were being made and that all was well with my order and that it is very normal and common/standard for glasses to take up to 3 weeks but I was too be reassured that everything is happening add it should and to expect a call by the end of this week. Before hanging up Alison offered to provide me with a pair of readers to help until my glasses arrived. When I went to pick up the readers she was sympathetic to the experience I had and asked if there was anything else the office and her could do to make things right. We had a very pleasant conversation and I reflected on my behavior that generated my negative review in the first place. I have some apologizing to two other staff members because in all fairness I think I fly off the handle at them. In summary ID like to say this onelast thing. In our changing times were many dynamics are changing i think that Thune most wonderful thing any one wants to hear in any situation from anyone else is this......HOW CAN I MAKE THINGS RIGHT?" It gives people the opportunity to speak.....say something they want or had hoped for and if you think about that for a minute not only is that a wonderful feeling for someone....but I also think it is powerful......like it goes along way."

Had a good experience with brining my kids for check up. Friendly professional team. At the end of check up kids were happy with treats.

Front desk staff did not disclose the out of pocket cost properly. The staff also didn't claim the insurance fully before charging out of pocket. The staff also sent an empty zero byte file for invoice. Both the doctors did an amazing job and deserve 5 stars.

Brought my 10 month old son here for an eye check up and the eye doctor was great. She explained everything she was doing and was quick so baby didn't get too fussy.

Love this place. Staff is friendly, informative and helpful. Got a new set of eyes. Before I had 4 eyes but I was still blind. Now, I have 4 eyes, but I see everything. I can see the future, and it tells me 'everything will be alright'.

Alison was amazing. I watched her navigate 2 different customers with 2 different approaches, one was me. I didn't know anything about how to wear or pick glasses. She was able to adapt to my needs and be direct with her insights and feedback. When I put them on, they fit excellent the first time. She was so knowledgeable and made for an amazing experience selecting the frames and getting everything sorted.

My first initial appointment for my kids went good, I was really happy that I found somewhere I could see ourselves going for years, then I had booked a follow up which would have been today except that it completely slipped my mind, I rarely ever miss appointments but I’ve had one hell of a week with my kids in and out of hospital. I didn’t get a text reminder or an email reminder before my appointment! Not even a call?! this would of saved me the 20 dollar no show fee that I was called about and now find myself completely and utterly in shock and annoyed! I’m not happy. On the phone I was clearly asking for some sympathy as it was an honest mistake, I really wasn’t trying to waste anyones time! I really don’t see how as a new client I deserve to have this treatment, if i did this once before then I would understand but I haven’t.The result is you have lost at least 4 long term clients, my son, my daughter, my husband and I, and any other friend or family member that I have in the area.

Both optometrist there are pretty nice and doing a neat job. I would give a 5 start for the optometrist. However the front desk is a complete racist and extreamly hard to deal with. I've had an awful experience tying to book my daughter in for an appointment. Will not book with them anymore in the furture.

My husband and I have been coming here for the last 8 yrs.Wondeful place.They treat you like family! Everyone is so helpful and caring from the drs to the staff who help you pick out glasses! I recommend this place to family and friends! The eye exams are very thorough. If you need glasses the help there is the best! They take the time to help you and will answer any questions or concerns you have! We will continue to go there.
