Pharmasave Sunstone

Very friendly, and helpful staff. I just recently had to change from my regular pharmacy because of personal health reasons and they just became too far for me to travel there. It has been 2 weeks since swapping over to the Guardian Sunstone and they have been great. For locals in the area this should be your pharmacy. It takes me 5 minutes to walk there from my house, and being disabled is a huge help.They have a medical clinic ready to be used if only a GP or the ministtry would follow thru on their commitments with the pharmacy.I had to take a star off my rating - only because the Sunday hours are very limited at 10am-12pm. But you can't blame them for that the pharmacist needs a day off for she works 7 days a week. Who else do you know wants to work 7 days a week with no break.

Went and visited them as they had the get your flu shot" signs around the neighbourhood. Called and made an appointment right away - showed up at the arranged time signed some forms

Fast and friendly service at this location. Far and away better than Superstore.They are trying to find a doctor for their clinic and despite some very good incentives, have had no luck so far. There is a serious doctor shortage in this province. One other reviewer called it a joke". It is by no means a joke. I wish them well. They're trying very hard."

I usually don't give ratings unless I am fully satisfied with the services. And I am writing a review after six months of several visits. Previously this pharmacy was Guardian Sunstone and recently changed to Sunstone PharmaSave and I believe it doesn't matter as long as you get great customer service. The pharmacist is outstanding and was very kind, helpful, and knows how to deal with a patient. I used to go to Shoppers Drug and LD but haven't got such a great service. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy.

Greatest customer service, staff is great and a special shout out for Afzal. Had been visiting them for over 2 years now, everyone is treated with respect here and wait time for getting your medication is reasonable when you compare to some big shops around Nordel. Staff speaks Hindi, Punjabi, English, Urdu well, and I have seen even elderly sat ease there because of no language barrier.Keep up with the good work in our community.

Thank you! Thank you! I was trying to get to you this afternoon when our car refused to start. Got to you at 3:20 and almost cried when I realized you were closed. Got home, sat down, and discovered that you had delivered (without my asking!) the prescription I’d just been issued today! I was so happy, I almost cried. Thank you. Your service is always exceptional but this was over and above!
