I go to the same Starbucks almost every day. The staff is very friendly, they remember my drinks and have them ready pretty quickly. If a mistake was made they made a new drink with no hassle and most of the time it wasfree.

Enjoyed a Chai tea latte at a table inside around lunchtime on a Tuesday. Service was friendly and fast, and the half sweet latte was delicious!

I went to collect my mobile order via drive thru to find out I placed it at the wrong location! I felt so bad and offered to pay, but Adrianna (I hope I spelled it correctly!) said this location would cover it no problem. It is rare to find such strong and genuine customer service skills, and I was touched by how incredibly reassuring Adrianna was. My order was perfect, and my experience made my day! Thank you!

It was nice that I discover the Salted caramel cream cold brew with shots of brown sugar syrup instead of the vanilla syrup. It gives a nice toasty taste to your drink that blends well with the flavor. Plus I have a new favorite sweet treat, the Double Chocolate brownie, it's not too sweet but chocolatey enough to satisfy your sweet tooth cravings. Since then I keep coming back at Starbucks.
