I have ordered a number of cakes and treats from Pretty Sweet and they never disappoint. We always get their GF cakes and other people are so amazed with how tasty they are. They did our wedding cake and it turned out absolutely beautiful and it was so yummy, we ended up going with GF cookies and cream.Their other treats are always so interesting and imaginative. I wish I could eat more of them!

Vicki was an absolute pleasure to deal with- and both her and her team are just amazing. Vicki delivered prompt and friendly service right from my initial cake testing to picking up the cake. My cake was exactly what I envisioned and it was so perfect and beautiful. And of course delicious. I had donuts made as well for a donut wall that she customized free of charge to match my wedding colours!Her pricing is very affordable and very reasonable. I was and still am so happy that I chose Pretty Sweet for my wedding cake.Thank you again Vicki and to your team for delivering the most beautiful cake for my wedding!

Wonderful bake shop - according to all four member of my family, best donuts ever! My crew has tried 6 different donut flavours now (you have to keep going back because they seem to change depending on when you go) and they have all be dynamite!I am gluten sensitive (not celiac, but avoid gluten for other health issues) and love their gluten friendly donuts. My family has tried them for comparison, and tells me there is no difference between the regular donuts. What’s available for gluten friendly also changes, picture attached is what’s left of a 6 pack of gluten friendly mini donuts :)

We ordered a cake for our son's 1st birthday and it was everything that my wife wanted, so we were quite happy. From the moment we ordered till we picked it up the whole process was pleasant, as they are very polite and kind. With regards to the shop itself it is pretty cool once inside. They have tons of products, their menu, and everything you may need from a bakery. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a special cake.

Vicki and her team at Pretty Sweet created the most beautiful cake for our wedding! The prices were so affordable, the customer service was excellent and prompt, and she made the cake tasting experience so much fun. She even gave us the idea to create custom macaron boxes/flavors for our wedding party to put on the head table for our reception which was such a nice touch. I provided her with a vision for our cake, and it turned out better than I could have imagined. The macarons and the cake were absolutely delicious. I cannot recommend Pretty Sweet enough, and will continue to use them for future events!

I tasted their cookies at my work. One of our colleagues brought these to work for the employee appreciation week. I loved the taste and texture. Moreover cookies were baked in beautiful shapes.

This bakery is absolutely amazing! The treats are all so beautiful, you almost feel bad to eat them. But, once you try... NO REGRETS! This bakery is locally owned and operated with a great team who were all helpful and kind! The selection in shop has a great variety, plus they do special order/ custom items, and have the most fun seasonal treats! 1000% would recommend!!

I was so pleased with my cake & sugar cookies from Pretty Sweet. I placed my order online and received a phone call the next day confirming the details and pick-up date/time. When I picked up my order the items were exactly how they were pictured on the website and were of the highest quality. I will be using Pretty Sweet for every holiday and birthday moving forward.

I've ordered from Pretty Sweet several times over the past few years: custom cookies, cakes, mini donuts. They deliver on their promise every single time, have exceptional customer service, and they taste as incredible as they look. Easily the best in the city IMO.

Amazing customer service! The sweetest people who are always happy to help. They offer delicious and unique treats that work for any type of event, and they're happy to work with you on little personal touches and details on everything. Reasonably priced too! I love their custom sugar cookies, donuts, cakes, and any seasonal items they have! 11/10!
