Went through drive through for a cold coffee... long story short, above and beyond service. Said I really like the whipped cream and she gave me quite more then I wanted.

Asked for venti brown sugar oat shaken expresso with lite ice. I went to the window, got this drink full of ice and almost half the drink. I told them that Every other Starbucks location I go, I usually ask for no ice and they still give me the full drink but this location even after asking for a light ice the drink is looking like this.. just a terrible experience with them. This store tells me that every other Starbucks are wrong they should not be doing that … waste of money!!!!! $7 drink

It’s a spacious one.Clean and friendly like usual Starbucks.Near the exit of highway 1.Lots of parking space in front.Service is good and friendly staffs.Clean washrooms.It was a good stop for us to refill our coffee on our trip to Kelowna.

The girls there are wonderful so this review does not reflect the work of the employees who are just trying to make a living. This is directly towards the dark hair manager" who wears glass. You ma'am have to be the most useless form of management I have seen to date. Your lack of courtesy and professionalism towards your customers and from what I can tell by your fellow employees

This Starbucks did not accept my free birthday points. They said it's because the hotel owns it so they do not honor it. Pretty cheap in my opinion. Plus the coffee just didn't taste as good from my regular location.

The staff here were really friendly and the store was clean. At the time of my visit, the drive-thru was closed so there was a long wait inside, but the staff did the best they could under the circumstances. Despite the wait, it was a good experience and I'm glad there's a Starbucks stop off the main highway to help break up a long drive!

The 5 stars is for the room, atmosphere and customer service specifically. All Starbucks are generally the same with food and drinks but it differs in waiting time, atmosphere, service and customer service. Clean facility with great customer service. Minor wait but it was an appropriate amount of time. Ample amount of standing room to wait for your drink and also sitting space. The washrooms were relatively clean as well. Love the wooden logo out in the front. There is a drive thru option here as well. Right off the highway, this spot is convenient for a caffeine boost/washroom break.

Wanted you to be aware of the terrible customer service we received this past weekend. We were told to pull through to order as the lady was having issues hearing our order. The line up was quite substantial, we waited almost 15 minutes to get to the window. They were busy switching tills and when Paris handed out the machine to pay we said we hadn't ordered she wanted us to pull through, Paris told us to get out of line and park and go inside and order. The other employee right then said no I told them to pull through its ok. Paris then looked at the employee and said you deal with this I cant deal with him. We were flabbergasted that she spoke that way in front of us, I then said that to the other employee, that it was unacceptable to speak about a customer like that right in front of them. She defended the employee by saying that they were very busy, understaffed and had been dealing with rude customers all day, insinuating that we were rude. We responded with that's not really our problem we don't deserve to be spoken about in that manner. She then through her hands in the air and said, I cant deal with you either I will get my manager to serve you. Five minutes later he came to the window, we explained what happened and he apologized and took our coffee order and gave them to us at no charge. His service was fantastic, however the two ladies need a lesson about customer service. I f you cant handle a busy environment you shouldn't be working at a Starbucks. I frequent that location quite often as we travel that way once a week, I have to say I definitely wont be back. Those employees need to be spoken to.
