I was just there for my ultrasound. and it was the worst experience I’ve had by far.The lady was kinda snappy. And when she was done she said she was going to leave a video up for us to take photos. And she left the worst picture you could ever imagine. When I said can you get a better one. She ended the session.I left my last ultrasound with nothing but a bad bad taste in my mouth. I didn’t even get the picture from the front because it was going to be garbage….. so sick of people not taking this serious. Some women thrive on having these good photos to know that their baby is good. I left their feeling like something is wrong with my child. Because I do not trust that blonde braided haired tech…Very ignorant. I hope you learn some manners and respect for the people that come in… so in other words I hope you see this and learn from your mistakesEvaluate your staff better. And have better time management of appointments..I am throughly dissatisfied with how that service went. Glad I know where to not come back for anything…

Out of my near 10 yrs of ultrasound follow ups, this one was the first negative experience out of different locations I've been to. The tech appeared to have difficulty which was the first time this has occurred, in that I will follow up on with the results. It was not comfortable at times because of this & the tech left me in an comfortable position for a longer time I ever had to do because she could not see anything. Which I never experienced before in with other techs in near a decade. I had a feeling she was not experienced or somewhat incompetent. She did not care to ask if I was comfortable to give me a break. It seemed like an ardous procedure for her that I never experienced before. ill not prefer going to this location if I have a choice in the future.To add: there was no change to my results from prior tests and at different locations. Infact there was physical improvement for me which would not make sense for the tech to have such difficulty with something that other techs were able to do efficently and more comfortably for me at other locations.

I went in last Friday for an emergency ultrasound that this location was able to accommodate. The front desk staff were very welcoming with lots of positive energy. My ultrasound tech was empathic and very good at his job. I had a great visit and ultrasound results were immediately submitted to my doctor. Added bonus was the free parking.

I am not sure what some of these reviews are talking about here, after reading them prior to my first appointment it made me very worried that I would have a bad experience. I'm happy to say it was anything but and I have booked all my future scans here going forward.Reception was perfectly pleasant to deal with, not rude at all.Our ultrasound tech was extremely kind and answered all of our questions, no matter how small, she took the time to explain everything; it was joy to be seen by her.

Went for ultrasound for my wife. Receptionist is very rude and asked me to go out in a unprofessional way as only patient should stay inside. I understand it’s their policy and behaving rude will not help. Definitely not recommended this office.

Great service, and I loved the 3d ultrasound they did at the end I definitely would come back here again doctors were great and the tech was very friendly my husband and I had a good experience here thank you so much.

Still not allowing kids in when doing a pregnancy ultrasound?!?!? Seriously. Our whole family already had Covid, we’re not ‘diseased’. Why won’t you let us share this special moment together. Is there any scientific evidence that allowing one member of a household but not others actually reduces transmission? No! As a doctor myself, I will not be referring to EFW anymore unless they rescind this ridiculous rule.Here’s my view of the ultrasound while I wait with my daughter outside in the car.

Everything was good. Our scan lady was very polite. My complaint is regarding the reception. A brief message to the reception: Please be patient with the people. It may be a routine for you but me and my wife as first time parents are new to this. Amanee, please be polite. Please make people comfortable and welcomed. Being the first person of contact you act as a brand ambassador of the company. I wish you good luck for future but you need to be patient, sply in this field.

The clinic seems nice, but the staff at reception are quite rude. We even clarified with them if it was ok to sit inside (they said yes so long as it doesnt get busy) but instead of asking they start talking amongst themselves about the people/patients. It makes sense if someone is being rude or not listening to them, but not when we already check if something is okay and then they start being rude out of nowhere. I believe they need to be more considerate when communicating with patients. I’m sure they can still follow policy without the disrespectfulness.
