Always honest about service recieved

First I will say that I'm not sure if my tie rod assembly was checked previously to my truck going to Kirk's tire but when I leave a shop after a CVIP I do not expect to discover this.On the 27 of March I had a CVIP done with Trudiesel and as part of the process I also had a three axle alignment done at Kirks.Two weeks later my right side steer began to cup along the inside. I figured it had to do with it being properly aligned so I replaced the steer. Towards the end of May my left side steer began to cup. I brought it to a Kenworth dealer in Salt Lake City to have it checked out. When the mechanic and service manager came to me and said that I had to see this I didn't know what to expect.His words, you are extremely lucky to have not had a catastrophic failure" were a bit unnerving to say the least.As it turns out the cinch clamps on the tie rod assembly had not been tightened down after the alignment and were sliding back and forth. (I have the Kenworth mechanic on video freely moving both of them) The grooves on the left side were worn and it was simply a matter of time before I lost a steer tire or two.My concern is that my truck left a tire shop

Good guys. Showed up unannounced and they worked me in right away.

These guys have always been honest and truthful about what my truck has needed. I’ve never had any grief and always get an anwser. I would wait before I took my truck anywhere else although I haven’t had to wait yet.

The did everything they could to get me back on the road in a timely matter. Good work guys!
