Somewhat better then the one at place Versailles but overpriced

Never had issues here. Rarely busy which is great. I always find the games and products I’m looking for. Service was very friendly when I called for them to place a game aside for me. Sometimes the checkout line is a bit slow with unnecessary chatter between the customer and cashier.

The guy with glasses I think the manager was being rude like I was bothering him with my questions, bad customer service

Brought a new game and find out the box was broken when i opened it up in my car. only 20 minutes went by when i went to get it changed. All they gave me was another box that wasnt even the same style(xbox one). The disc keeps popping out. theyre cheap and they sell used games way higher than other places. go to target instead.

Very disappointed with this location.I went to my local GameStop looking for a figure last Friday and was told that this one had 7 in stock, so I called them and they told me they’re pre-orders and to call back in a week to get one if they haven’t been picked up.I called back today and was told that all of those figures (now 6 in stock) are being kept to the side for employees and they will be kept to the side for an undetermined period while the employees decide if they want to take them or not, meanwhile customers are being bounced around from one location to the next unable to get any, and this store is hoarding them for their staff who may or may not purchase them.Very disappointed

Thanks to them I got my hands on a ps5 preorder !! The staff is so nice they’ll do everything to help you get what you need .

Stay away very dishonest worker / manager.Last week I had a reservation to pickup a PlayStation 5at the store. As soon as I got there the manager didn’t believeme that I had a reservation. After finding my reservation and the PS5 he refused to sell me because I bought one last year for my brother and now I’m buying one for myself. Nowhere was it mentioned it was 1 unit per person / household.Then he said I can transfer my reservation to somebody else…But before my sister arrived at the store the manager decided to sell it to somebody else … a friend I believe because I saw them whispering and smiling ! Horrible just horrible!

Very bad customer service especially from that lady with 2 colors hair and piercings. Very rude i asked her questions and she replied me with an attitude indirectly saying are you stupid or what....anyways i don't know nothing about games and thats why im asking questions... and thats why you getting pay to answer custumers questions.
