Very friendly , always helpful , called with a cake needed the same day had it ready and it looked lovely ! Ice cream cake is my favourite! The people below complaining about it melting have no common sense it’s ice cream cake it needs to be kept frozen ! I always have a great experience here !

This place seems to always be busy but they staff it well so you never really wait long to order and your order is filled quickly.Dining room could use a wipe down and mop more often.

My husband brought me cake for birthday as a surprise. He asked the employee what cake it is and he said it's a strawberry cheese cake and he bought it around 7.30pm. At the time of midnight birthday celebration infront of family and friends opened the cake and it was fully melted and was a disaster. It was on the table, carpet and all over the place. Such a disaster and disappointment infront of everyone. We went to the store after that and brought the liquid cake back and told them the situation. They cant refund the money and they can do a 10% off if we buy another cake. We paid already $40 on a cake which was a disaster and they want us to buy another cake with only 10% off.My husband clearly asked the staff when he bought the cake what cake it is and he said its a strawberry cheesecake. Who in the world think a cake could melt like that after keeping in the fridge. It was clearly their mistake and they couldn't accept a customer's concern.Totally regret on buying cake from here and never again to this store again.

Came with friends. Clean interior, employees don't always know the coupons they're offering so you have to tell them what is supposed to happen. Blizzards aren't always as full as other places either, generally below the rim. But overall a decent place to go for a treat

Went in for blizzards! Always hits the spot on a nice summer day. Service was supper fast at this location even though the drive through was packed. I was in and out in about 5 min.

The custom ice cream cake I ordered was absolutely beautiful, it was decorated exactly as I asked and the photo quality was impeccable. The staff were also a total pleasure. I will be returning for all my cake orders in future and highly recommend DQ for cakes to make a special occasions even better.

Editing & redoing my review from a previous year. The ice cream & beverages here are always good. The food is okay, but I really don't recommend the chicken strips. I've had them 2 or 3 times & they seem to always have a salty taste to them. Meanwhile, the fries always seem to be lacking in salt.

I bought a birthday cake for my wife from DQ . I have clearly asked them about the type of cake. He just told me that's a strawberry cheesecake and never told its an ice cream cake or it should be kept inside freezer. I am ordering first time in DQ. When we took it out from fridge for the celebration, the cake was like a tomb. We opened the cake and it was fully melted . The liquid cake was all over the place and carpet. All birthday event ruined because of this. The very next day I took the same cake to the DQ where I bought same and told them what happened. They went inside and came out after 10 minutes and told sorry. And they told they can't refund the amount. Only possible solution is to give 10 % discount on next cake . Who want the 10% discount after loosing $37.99 along with all birthday event ruined by these people?I kept the spoiled cake in their shop and left after loosing money and embarrassed in-front of people.Will never buy anything from DQ here after.

Made my order, pulles up to the window and just sat there for 25 minutes with out anyone coming to the window to take a payment or tell me to wait a few minutes while my order is being prepared. This isnt a first time thing at this location, for me this was the third time. I will not be going to this location ever again.

I went in for lunch and the owner was amazing. He helpful to everybody, brought food to tables for guests and made my blizzard brought it to my table and cleared the garbage before leaving without me asking. Great service overall
