This place is run by mean chinese people who are only after peoples money!!!I took a TOEFL IBT test. This place is gonna mess with you to get your money and the staff is not nice to the people plus they did not follow the same requirement like normal test centre. The test place also should have start 9 am but we all had to wait until 10:30 am because they too many issues with the computers so many people had to try another one. I did not get my result back because those nasty people claim that I used my phone during a break what on earth?? They have camera all over the place and peoples stuff are lock by the centre. Please everyone spend your 330 + dollars somewhere else. Now I have to spend another 330 dollars on another test centre this makes me to upset!

They just don't know how to handle people with more than one last/family name who are going to take the Toefl test.I took IELTS test before in another location and I've never had any problems...but here I almost missed the test because of that. I don't recommend!

DON'T CHOOSE THIS CENTRE AS TEST CENTRE!! (TOEFL, IELTS,....) This is the worst ever center that I've seen! My TOEFL iBT test was supposed to start at 9, while I was there from 8:15am, it started at 9:45, because of late acceptance/registration of few students. Anyway they directed me to my station, Headset in first station did not work, moved me to second station, headset did not work again!!, moved to 3rd station, dirty and filthy with dust, finally worked initially. After a while during the reading section message popped-up in screen for Windows update!!!! While losing test time, figured out how to dismiss it. During the second listening, lost the sound suddenly! while losing the listening test as it was playing automatically as part of exam, couldn't figure it out what is the issue, finally hold the headset port with my hand, realized that was the issue!!!! Lost the 2nd listening test. There was no room to take note, I had to put the keyboard vertically on the cabin!! very small cabin! when other students were taking note, I was hearing the background noise in my headset. The center’s employee was speaking and laughing outload while room's door was open; distracted significantly!!I’m afraid how ETS was even permitted this centre to be a test center. I've taken tests in other places and seen small and minor issues, but this center was DISASTER!!!I spent time and money and the minimum that I expect is to take my exam in a centre with minimum standards. This centre was a HELL" !! You might think I am exaggerating

Very poor management. Manager is very disrespectful and unprofessional.
