LWL Engineering has been working with me to deal with a major problem that the Builder (Rohit) refused to take any concern or responsibility for despite being within the warranty period. I've found the LWL Engineers to be very skilled, supportive and they have gone beyond to support me as they worked through determining the causes creating the problem I was facing. If I had a suggestion or question it was treated with respect and concern and explanations were given clearly or more research was done on their part to satisfy the query. At the conclusion of their investigation, my concerns are satisfied and I can move onto the recommendations feeling we have explored all avenues and that the multiple root causes in the faulty build creating the problem have been determined. Definitely worth a 5star rating.
