The worst service I have ever received. With my boyfriend we bought a set of washer and dryer at a very good price...everything seemed very good to be true. On the day of delivery we had not even 5 minutes to check when the delivery people were already gone, only to realize that the washing machine was completely beaten and in poor condition. It has been more than two weeks of calls, emails (we had to send evidence and pictures because apparently they do not believe us), and messages.... Today they were supposed to change the washing machine. Both my boyfriend and I had to work, my father-in-law was waiting for them to arrive between 7:15-11:15"...it was 11:30am and they still did not appear. Only to know that when they arrived they could not deliver it because according to them "they did not have a place to park".... knowing that right next to our building there is entrance to an alley. The most ridiculous excuse I’ve ever heard

Terrible after customer service. Bought four appliances from them and reported that a brand new LG dryer did not work at all since it was delivered. Left a message to have the salesperson call back, that never happened. Other store staff stated it was not in their hands and that I would have to deal with LG directly. Again, this is a brand new appliance, just purchased, that does not function, and that I would have to trouble myself with. Having stated that this would be unacceptable, the store reluctantly contacted LG and said that was all they could do. They refuse to refund the defective product nor assume any responsibility for the purchase. No choice but to file a complaint with L'Office de la protection du consommateur. Be aware of this service and the consequence if ever there's a problem

Corbeil Brossard an appliance store, they were less interested in me because I was looking for basic appliances. I guess they get rich people who buy high priced items. You are able to negotiate if you have a print-out from other store, but you can see in their faces they are not happy about it. (Bill is confusing with all these rebate codes..) Had to recheck how much I actually paid for each appliance. Sales service was good, but after sales service is nonexistent. Delivery was OK, they took back the packing materials as well.

Worst customer service ever. Especially after the sale. Bought new washing and drying machines last year. Washing machine caused a WATER LEAK in my basement within one month of buying it and they refused to admit it was an issue with the machine. Would not change the machine. Now, one year later, a SECOND LEAK!! If you sell a product that does not work, you should take it back and give a better product!

The washer machine was delivered almost 2 weeks after the dryer machine, no installation service offered. This has to be the WORST shopping experience of my life. NEVER again !!!*** A year later I have problems with BOTH appliances !!! Had to call LG because Corbeil was NO help, LG tells me to contact the seller for a proper installation but the seller do not offer installation. This is a 3k nigthmare that is never ending and that will cost me even more now.

I personally have had a very good experience at Corbeil, purchased my dishwasher, delivered when promised, and my salesman was more than helpful in comparing companies and helped me make my decision easier, also gave the best possible price, I know that as a fact because I check out every other store, will go back for a future purchase.

Luis is awesome, he was able to get me new appliances that they had in stock at the last minute because my order was not available due to lack of parts (COVID)Thank you LUIS!!
