Evgeny came out to help us out with a washer repair. He showed up right on time in our Innisfil apartment and was so friendly and kind. He was very quick to solve the problem and got our washer back up and running in less than 45 minutes. He was very respectful of our home and keep everything clean after his work. He really went above and beyond and we are so grateful for his help!

We needed a new rubber gasket on our washing machine and were struggling to get reasonable quotes because it is stackable. We called 911 Appliance Repair and Evgeny was quick to respond and provide a quote which came in cheaper than all the other quotes I got. He ordered the part for us, and was repairing the machine within a few days. I am very happy with his work and quick turn around.

The technician arrived promptly as scheduled and performed his work. He was able to repair my gas dryer in a timely manner. He explained what he would be doing after his diagnosis and had the parts on hand to fix it. I have used them in the past with the same great results. The service guy knew what he was doing, he was so polite and even more he took out his shoes before he walked in at our place in Innisfil. Once we figured that all out there was some waiting because we were missing a piece of counter top. These guys are always friendly, recommend the best fix, and are quick with their work. Our gas oven igniter was replaced in less than 20 minutes. Also, the scheduling staff are the friendliest. The quality of the service is so good! You know you’re not getting scammed or taken advantage of. Really appreciate that!
