I want to start by saying that my therapist/psychologist was awesome and the experience in my sessions was good - when I could book sessions.The reason this is a low rating is that the bookings are impossible to get that fit in my schedule - which I don't believe my schedule is super unreasonable. You have to book really far in advance to get anything, but they make it quite clear at the start that the goal is one appointment per week. I tried to hit that, and after the 4th session I wasn't able to book anything within a month. I got put on the waitlist but nothing came up that would work within my schedule.I truly believe they have the capability to help people, but if I can't book in to get said help it doesn't work. With the rates they charge ($200/50min) I'd strongly recommend having some better availability. I think their system probably works - I did learn things, but wasn't enabled to have the ability to finish their methodologies.I'm confident this is the way ShiftGrit is finding out that I am giving up on them, which is disappointing, but I can guarantee I'm not the only one. I truly wanted this to work.

This is not your typical psych office, their treatment protocol is game changing and effective. About a year ago, I went in to deal with some issues after a breakup. After that was resolved, I continued therapy because it had such positive effects in my life. Whether you’re going through a crisis or you just want to optimize your life, i highly recommend Shift Psychological.
