During my recent visit to Tim Hortons in Stellarton, I had a generally satisfactory experience, although there were a few areas that could be improved. The staff was friendly and efficient, promptly taking my order. However, the service speed was inconsistent, leading to longer wait times, particularly during busy periods. It would be beneficial if they could enhance their speed of service for a more efficient customer experience.The menu at Tim Hortons offered a wide range of coffee, baked goods, and breakfast items, providing ample choices. I ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich, and both were satisfactory in terms of taste and quality. However, I noticed that the coffee was not as hot as I would have preferred, being served lukewarm. It would be preferable if they ensured that hot beverages are consistently served at the desired temperature.

Horrible, tim hortons stellarton. Ordered 2 steak and egg sandwiches, got 2 bacon and egg sandwiches, ordered an ice coffee and got some cold coffee drink with some kind of sweetner and ordered a reg coffee...they got that right.

They never get my order right... on the screen it is correct but when I pick it up.. 3x there has been either no cream or no sugar.

Very disappointed with service. We ordered 2 bagels - one with cream cheese. There was hardly any on the bagel...like almost none. The staff was not friendly at all. Almost rude. They didn't ask for my points card...should have. I looked for a comment card in the store...there were none. And the lids on the coffee suck. McDonald's is going to get my business from now on. Their staff is helpful and friendly and they have better coffee.

Dirty! Person put garlic cream cheese on my raisin bagelPut milk in the tea I drink it black. Tables were dirty cups piled on one table. 6 years ago it was my fav Tims around. Its dirty now disgusting Never will be back

Always a long wait no matter what you order absolutely they worse tims in pictou county if you go into order they are so slow sometimes you stand their for 5min before anyone even acknowledge you their rude if you bring up the wait times or complain if your orders wrong and so so slow and can't say it's understaffed because theirs always a handful working but all concerned with drive threw if you go in to order your not important.

At the Stellarton location coffee was hot. Unfortunately the remainder of the breakfast meal was cold apparently having been sitting for awhile. First time I've bought food here in several years, likely the last. It wasn't an over whelmed with customers situation as there was 3 people sitting in store and maybe 3 at the drive through.

I don't even drink coffee anymore because of Tim Hortons. They always screw it up somehow. Long wait times in the Drive-Thru, long wait times at the window, terrible service and some really rude staff.
