I woke up this morning and realised how well I am doing in life…not because of the material things but my mental health.. my number one priority. This is thanks to Timo.I would get easily overwhelmed and anxious. I am a lot busier these days than I ever was after my experience with Timo and I feel great, taking things in my stride.Timo was able to help me break down my fears and thought processes on an emotional level that I struggled with for years. Used techniques that was tailored to me along with stories from his life experiences which I could relate to.Life however does has its way of testing you and I have my moments but I feel that I’m dealing with these without realising I am.Timo genuinely cares about his clients, and I’m happy to have met him. Mr. Timothy aka Timo.I started to visit Timo when I was in the process of losing my job, my 12 year career! I was definitely at a low point in my life. With every visit my outlook on what my life was going to look like became easier to appreciate and accept. This was all thanks to that beautiful man named Timo. No amount of thank you’s will ever show my appreciation for our sessions.

Ever wondered what happens when a life coach needs life coaching? They call Timo (at least that’s how I imagine it). He is simply the best there is and offers an unconventional yet extremely refreshing and effective approach. Timo has the gift of being able to pinpoint the exact source of where your emotional struggles may have originated allowing you to work on fixing most of your issues all at once. You can rely on him to speak the truth and call you out in the nonsense you may be telling yourself. If you feel that you need a fresh perspective on life, Timo is sure to get you there (and quick). I could not recommend Timo’s services more to anyone feeling they need a shift. Thank you for all your help, my friend.

He is amazing! When we started out I was completely ridden with anxiety/fear and uncertainty. I felt stuck and unfulfilled overwhelmed by cliche sounding self help statements (live in the moment, be grateful). Easier said than done I thought. Timo shifted my perspective on life and the universe and all of a sudden that fear and uncertainly became smaller and smaller. I didn’t know it was possible to enjoy the journey to personal fulfilment. Timo taught me.

I truly feel blessed that I was led to Timo at a time when pandemic living really started settling into the hearts of many. It hit people bad and Timo knew it. He was so generous with his time and schedule. I remember asking him how this pandemic was affecting his business. He answered me solemnly, appearing deeply hurt by the task at hand but also possessed a duty to serve those who would stand to benefit from his expertise. As time passes, it becomes increasingly clear just how much I benefited from meeting with Timo on a regular basis during that point of my life.When we first met, I felt very reassured that I would stand to benefit from our time together. Timo was very knowledgeable, caring and patient. He used the best language and stories to illustrate his point—often accompanied by welcome comedic relief (on my part, kidding! Timo is a gas). We went through exercises and talked through a lot issues I was ashamed to repeat to myself. I trusted Timo a lot. He made me feel safe.I thoroughly enjoyed our time together especially looking back as it was such a lonely time in my life. I am married and a mother of 3 so being alone and lonely are two very different things. Timo understood this. He was gentle but firm, compassionate but tough, often injecting palpable care and love into his every word. He was a great teacher. He’s the whole package and more in my opinion. What I got from our time together is proving time and again to be invaluable and I don’t say that lightly. He helped me tremendously. More than he knows.Words can not express the gratitude I have for his influence on how I respond to and alter my experiences. There was so much I learned from our time together. I also found a friend—someone who truly roots for you and wants the best for you. No doubt I will go back to the well of love, wisdom and friendship that is Timothy Barlow.

The first conversation I had with Timo I knew this guy was genuine. Timo was easy to relate too and put real world examples from life experiences to help me realize I could be the best me. He aloud me to move at my own pace and never slowed me down to prolong sessions. I felt he strongly believed in what he was teaching me. I could go on and on but honestly if your looking for assistance with being the best you, you found it in Timo.Much love Timo.

Timo has a unique gift to share with the world. His guidance, ability to see through the bs and to say it like it is really left an impression on me so much so that I've referred many others to him. I've had the pleasure of knowing Timo for over 5 years and every conversation is as open, honest and raw as the first discussion where he saw through a facade that I thought fooled everyone, including myself. Timo is a very easy person to talk to instantly I felt comfortable speaking to him. After meeting with Timo for the first time Ive felt this positive energy that to this day I still feel. My approach to life has changed drastically I no longer feel institutionalized and have broken out of my comfort zone because of the lessons I learned from Timo.
