Muddy Paws

I took my two dogs to Muddy Paws this week for the first time. My dogs have had bad experiences in the past with groomers so needless to say, we were more than a little anxious. Muddy Paws far exceeded my expectations. Muddy Paws deserve more than a 5 star rating. Thank you so much to everyone for your kindness and patience. We will be back for sure!!

I was so nervous to bring my cat to a groomer for the first time to deal with some matted fur. My experience with Muddy Paws was amazing! It’s also been impossible for me to cut my cat’s nails but they were able to do it with ease! Thank you, Muddy Paws!

Absolutely would recomend to anybody and especially any doodle owners. Staff is very kind and informative. You can tell that the staff is in this for all the right reasons. Try them. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised, with a wide variety of services offered.Thanks again girls!

They do a great job with our dog who has had some traumatic grooming experiences in the past and is generally scared of being groomed. Happy to travel nearly hour to get her good care.

I recently took my LEO to Muddy Paws for a groom and I'm so glad I did! The staff were friendly, professional, and my pup came out looking great! They took the time to make sure my pup was comfortable and relaxed while they worked. I would definitely recommend Muddy Paws to anyone looking for a great grooming experience for their pet!

Staff is wonderful. My mom walked my 'Handsome' to the store to get groomed. She wasn't feeling well, and they brought her home and even brought Handsome home after his groom at no extra cost. They also went the extra mile to make sure my mom was ok. Now that is service. This is the hometown feeling that I always crave for and enjoy. Their facility is very clean. Handsome loves going there because they treat him well. I encourage everyone to go there. Not many businesses 'care' anymore but they do. ❤️

This was my first visit. I felt confident leaving my boys with the 2 groomers. The grooms looked great and dogs appeared happy on pick up. The place was clean and clean smelling. The prices were reasonable. Dogs looked great.

Today, I arrived for my dogs usual grooming appointment and I asked if it was possible to cut my dogs hair differently (they usually cut her hair short but today I wanted to keep her hair longer). The lady rudely told me “i know how to do my job!” I also asked if it was possible to pick my dog up in an hour as I had to go back to work. When she said she couldn’t complete the request, I understood so I asked if it was possible to reschedule the appointment for another time. She angrily refused this time, saying “take your dog and find another groomer!” I have never experienced this rudeness here before as every time prior has been pleasant so I ask myself if the lady simply had a bad day? Or if this poor customer service is the new normal? If it is the new normal, for sure I will find a new groomer.

This is our go-to grooming salon and small dog social club. We have an elderly sheltie, and they're so kind to her.
