Took 3 weeks for the delivery which seems a little lengthy but still good value, have dealt here many times. slow delivery. A 4 stars only because no matter how good you are there is always room for improvement

Service and delivery excellent! Unfortunately, I could not plug in the battery as they seem to have added a small plastic bar in front of the input holes. I don't plan on returning it, not your fault, but might it be possible to show close up of plugs so that one can compare to make sure?

I ordered batteries and they gave me Canada Post tracking number. I can't track the item. I sent emails but no reply. Before order the items they responded quickly.
