The parts department headed up by Willy helped me out last year with sourcing a truck mirror and having it delivered to the shop. Above and beyond.This year the service dept. helped replace a cable for the back door of one of our trucks. Same day service!

Asked for a quote, never received a call back!I filled out the online form and have waited nearly a month and still haven’t heard back.Its amazing how a company can completely ignore a customer.Maybe this review will be a motivator to get the sales team on track.

This company ran an ad seeking a welder/fabricator. I applied via the Indeed app. I was contacted by Ken Kennedy who was impressed with my related truck body experience, and certifications through trade school for welding and blueprint reading, and was brought in for an interview. After passing 4 weld tests, I was sat down and explained to that they were looking to hire a helper" at $17/hr. I had to take a day off work

I’m a mechanic and anytime I work on a truck with a Minoru box it always has issues. Today I saw Reefer unit lines rubbing on the brake lines causing the customer to lose brakes and positive battery cables rubbing through the holes on the chassis, which will result in a short to ground and may cause a fire. They also like to run the wiring for lights on the outside of the box which gets pulled out by tree branches all the time. I do not recommend this company because the small simple things cause the big problems in the future.
