It's good for certain things, but the snacks are tempting because they're about 50% cheaper than anywhere else.

Went to this store location yesterday to purchase a jacket I saw online and had a really easy experience. Staff was super friendly and helpful with the questions that I had!

The store was lovely and the staff was exceptional. Sebastian was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.I’ll be back!

Google won't let me post 2 reviews so here is how my recent experience went (Feb 2021):Had another zipper issue and the warranty process would have had me wait about 2 months for a resolution. I showed up, explained my issue, and one of the guys fixed it in 15 mins flat, on the spot, no questions asked. I would give them 10 stars if I could._________I showed up here with a jacket I bought 2 1/2 years ago (from a different authorized retailer) that had recently failed to zipper up properly. The staff here were awesome. They had spare parts handy and replaced the zipper pull & slider in about 10 minutes, and the zipper works perfectly now. No questions asked. This saved me from having to send it away for 4-6 weeks for the repair. They really seem to stand by their Practical Product Lifespan" warranty. This experience definitely boosted my confidence in the Arcteryx brand."

I had an interaction with them through Arcteryx virtual advisor. The staff here is friendly and helpful. I was confused between Atom LT and Atom AR. The person explained to me very well and even helped me with the sizing. I finally bought the Atom LT in kingfisher colour as it was much suited for my country winter. The jacket is superb in quality and comfort. Will recommend it to anyone looking to buy a winter jacket.

Great selection of outdoor and hiking apparel. Staff was friendly and a few sales racks towards the back of the store for additional savings if you're able to find your size and color preference. All sales items are considered final sale items and are not eligible for refunds or credits.

I love my Arc'teryx jacket. But, I was having trouble with the zipper that wouldn't open. When I visited the store today the very helpful and knowledgeable rep resolved my problem. I hope won't have additional problems. But I was told to come back again if I do.

Been wearing their stuff as a pro deal member for ten years. Things fall apart and they never have styles you want in stock. Go buy Patagonia or from any other company who actually cares about customers. Customer support will do nothing to help you.

It was raining so naturally i popped in to take a peak at some gear. The selection for this season is lackluster despite webshop having some cool styles/colors. I found 2 Gore-Tex shells and a Veilance parka that piqued my interest but it was black or slate blue for color options which I already own something similar in Alpha/Beta lines.The staff did not welcome us or ask if we needed any help. I tried on some women's jackets because why not. Everytime I tried on something I made sure to re zip the jacket and put it back where I got it. There was one associate who was able to converse with me when I inquired about ReBird and another I asked about Eaton's selection but aside from me engaging the staff no attempt to help me was made.

I must post this here ! I have purchased three jacket from here on 27 October. One of the black jacket (kyanite Ar ) after wearing just less than three hours flight from Toronto to Regina, I saw that sleeve of under my arms and side of jacket is pilling off . It's just happened after wearing less than three hours which was mostly setting in flight .I specifically asked cashiers Ryan about jacket if its pills by comparing with another one and he mentioned me this will not. Cost $200 and damaged in less than 3 hours , oh well !
