I’m absolutely disgusted by the way I saw a staff member being treated at baby and me. A helpful and friendly darker skinned staff member was blatantly yelled at in the middle of the store before closing. You could tell it made all the customers uncomfortable. I heard racial comments being thrown around by the manager, I believe is Joanne. I’m just disgusted at the way they treat their employees and people of Color. I hope she sues. I’ve been shopping here since I had my son 3 yrs ago but I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!

My child needed a new car seat. The car seat expert tried it in my car first and after I purchased they installed it and showed me everything I need to know about the seat. Makes everything so much less stressful. I love this store!

I can't say enough good things about this store and its employees. We're from Alberta and desperately needed some baby and nursing items. We were amazed with the vast selection of baby, maternity and nursing items available. The friendliness of the employee's only added to our positive experience. Each and everyone of them were so helpful and friendly. I wish we had a store like this where we live. If you are in the area you NEED to go to Baby & Me for any of your maternity, baby, nursing needs!

The owner of this business takes great care of their customers, so does all other staff. Empathy, understanding and sometimes just listening makes a big difference whether you buy something at the store or not. For that reason I have returned to this store many times, and every time my family & I were greeted and given the attention we needed to meet our child’s requirements. Just wanted to leave a shout-out to Don & his amazing assistant Ocean on our most recent visit. Cheers!

We went to the store to look at strollers only having a vague idea of what we were looking for. The sales person was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She went through every option, fully demonstrating all of the features and answering every question we had. We couldn't have been happier with her service.

I purchased a Toniebox from Baby & Me back in November 2022. It was working fine when I set it up, then stopped working (like won't even charge) when I gave it to my son for Christmas. Contacted Toniebox USA immediately and waited over 2 months with no response. I have been in contact with Baby & Me during this whole ordeal and everyone has been super helpful. Eventually they just sent me a new Toniebox. I am so grateful for all their help. Will definitely purchase from them again. Excellent customer service!

This store is possibly the best baby store I’ve been to. It’s a small business and the owner personally helped us find the right products. He was informative yet we didn’t feel pushed to make a sale. Support local and visit Baby & Me instead of large chain stores

I'm so glad I found Baby & Me and feel very lucky to have such a wonderful locally owned baby & kids store in Kelowna - a special shout out to Andy who helped us pick out the perfect travel system for our newborn, I felt that she truly cared and gave professional and personal opinions on all of the product. I found myself asking for her again on each visit because she was just awesome to chat with!We stopped by shortly before baby was due and the owner helped us fit the car seat base and gave us confidence to reinstall should we need to move it. I returned after my baby daughter was born and was equally as impressed with the advice and guidance of the staff when purchasing breast feeding supplies. I'll be returning again soon seeking their professional opinion on the set up of our car seat straps as I trust their guidance to make sure my daughter is snug, safe and comfortable - the benefits of shopping local rather than online!Baby & Me will be my personal go-to from now on and it's just a lovely store to browse whether you're pregnant, a parent or looking for gift for friends/family!
