Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Absolutely poor customer service. Vehicle was totaled from a moose. Call enterprise road assistance to get a replacement in sault st mare. Get to enterprise in sault st Marie Airport. Says open, no staff present. Told staff is their for incoming flights. 2 flights come in with staff showing up 35 mins late. As we were on a flight our service was ignored. They refused to check the computers, was an instant no vehicles available. Called 1888# for enterprise and they confirmed our rental,staff at the airport enterprise refused to talk to customer service on the phone. She was very rude and laughed at the foreign man's accent. Will never rent again from any enterprise

ENTERPRISE is misleading!If you are a international travellers, avoid Enterprise since they will make any lies in order to complete the car rental even your private car is going to be towed based on the PROFESSIONAL" comments made by their staff. Totally unacceptable!"

I was helped by Brandon Roy and he made my day! I went in hopes of renting a Jeep Wrangler for the day after reserving an economy car. Brandon was very willing to accommodate my request. He went above and beyond for me! I would recommend enterpise in Sault Ste. Marie and I will use them every time that I visit my family in the future. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

I rarely write reviews but I reserved a car at this location today and my flight got delayed, then cancelled. Just as I was about to contact Enterprise, Brandon, the manager, had called my cell phone to rearrange my reservation - incredible customer service. I would highly recommend renting with Enterprise at Sault Ste Marie airport and would definitely rent with them again not only because they stand out from the other options at the airport, but their customer service is above and beyond.

Always helpful and friendly, big fan of the pickup service.

If I could give it a zero, I would. @FordCanada & @HighlandFord gave me a rental while my car was being fixed. I was very grateful until it came time to pick up my car.All parties dropped the ball & because I trusted Ford's word- I didn't get anything in writing. They charged me for a large portion of the rental & both Ford Canada and Highland refused to take ownership, the whole situation was. awful.

Brandon Roy and the National Rent-A-Car at the Sault Ste. Marie Airport are always friendly and accommodating. I always rent from them and would highly recommend them.

Good service. I had one issue in past but I think it was due to the car shortage. But all the other times I had good experiences.
