We had a great experience with Cindy. She is very professional and capable settlement worker. She helped us in filling PR forms and explained to us every step and what needs to be done next. She is very friendly and she answered all our questions. If you are a newcomer and need settlement assistance, I definitely recommend her.

Tsering paldon is very helpful and also literally she has all the information updated. My all the time favourite and please never hesitate to seek help from her for anything like EI maternity, Birth certificates, citizenship and Newcomer help etc.

normally I don't like to give reviews but their service is very poor and my spouse appointment got cancel 3 times for citizen. not a very punctual with time. they are giving us times but showed up almost 30-40 minutes later. we choose this association because they are Tibetan and will be easier and more comfortable but that's worser than others. they waste my full 3 days that they didn't showed up. I will never suggest this association.

This Intercultural association has a very great approach to clientele reception and are very friendly in nature. Every single staff here displays first hand attention to their clients and walk in and regardless of your timed appointments, you're still well taken care of. They're greatOne particular stagg named An-To is very exemplary exceptional, very prioritizing and articulate. An-to is awesome, everyone's love and sweetheart. I will recommend her to all my family as being exceptional. AN-TO, we all love you.
