I absolutely love every piece I’ve bought from this company! Not only do you feel like a walking goddess everytime you put one of there amazing pieces on, it gives you such confidence to know you’re wearing a hand crafted work of a art! Any time I am at the pool I’m always complimented. And the owner has always been extremely kind to me! 10/10 recommend ❣️

These are the best bathing suits I’ve ever worn! I absolutely love the material they are made with such amazing quality. After wearing these bathing suits I became obsessed! When I went on vacation everyone was asking me where I got my bathing suits from. The fitting is just right and the customer service is exceptional. 5 stars all the way :)

I want my money back!!!! I really wanted to love this company but the way they deal with customers is terrible. Their products look beautiful but good luck getting them within a year and good luck getting truthful responses on anything. I purchased 2 swimsuits from this company in April 2021. I reached out numerous times and they kept giving me new dates or new reasons why the order was delayed. They eventually told me that they could not fulfill the order in February 2022 and would refund me. They claimed to issue the refund but no funds were returned to my card. I have reached out multiple times through email and they keep saying there is nothing they could do because they issued the refund despite no refund being received. I have sent proof from my bank that I did not receive the refund. I still have the charges and tried disputing with my bank but they said they could not resolve because the charge is too old. I just want my money back as I never received my order and was promised a refund

Please read their reviews on BBB (Better Business Bureau), trustpilot and other websites before you get scammed. This is not a real company, only a fraction of their victims get their orders. They keep changing the name of the company, they are also called Smooch swimwear. Beware, they simply take money from their victims and ignore/block them afterwards. If you also have been scammed by them please keep reporting them.

I love all the pieces Karmel has made for me. They have been perfect for girls trips to vegas and so glitz! Its a luxe brand with decent price point. Shipping can take a bit, however do keep in mind each suit is custom made for you, and is never just sitting on a shelf waiting to go when you order. Everything is made with love and it shows! I will always order suits from here :)

Love the quality and bling of the suits! I was worried about my sizing and had my custom order rushed and shipped before my vacation. Genuine care for their clients and the suits are just gorgeous. 5 stars ⭐️

I have at least 10 bikinis plus other clothing items from Ottilia and Sugar, everything always arrives more beautiful than expected! Great quality, and great colour choices; they offer full customization on their swimwear, and post a lot of one-of-a-kind pieces for sale! It's great to be able to support a Canadian business too, and the customer service is spectacular! Love these ladies, and LOVE these bathing suits!!

Ottilia and Sugar makes top of the line pieces. Truly the most beautiful, unique and one of a kind swimwear. They are very well made and the fabric is high quality. I own 3 swimsuits from Ottilia and definitely will be purchasing more !
