Dr Hopkins & Associates Optometry

I have never had a more thorough and caring eye doctor. This wasn’t first visit and I won’t go elsewhere now. He sat down with me, made sure I understood what everything he was saying meant, and he cared enough about my eye health to look for/notice things other eye doctors haven’t.

Thank you to Dr. Hopkinson's team for all of your hard work and dedication that you provided to my son. We both felt very welcomed into your office and we knew we would be taken care of from our first session onward. The learning activities were fun for my son and easy to complete at home. I am impressed at how much thoughtfulness and care the team offered and how much my son's eyes Improved over a short period of time.The staff is very patient, understanding and passionate towards helping others, which was obvious throughout our visits.We are forever grateful for our experience with this team, my sons improvements and highly recommend them to everyone!

Have been going to Dr. Hopkins since we first moved to Niagara on the Lake 10 years ago. We have found her to be an excellent optometrist, extremely approachable, and have a superb sense of humour. She takes the time to explain situations in a manner that is understandable by a lay person.

Absolutely wonderful and caring staff who take the time with each of their patients. Can’t say enough good things. Always a wonderful experience with them.

Love this clinic and the staff there! They truly care about the patient. The Dr. took the time to listen to my concerns and actually found out what was happening with my eyes. I had been to a number of other optometrists and ophthamologists who found nothing.Aside from that they cared enough to fix/adjust my daughters glasses after they were already closed. Very thankful to have found them!

Excellent OD but very poor service from other teammates. You can feel the difference if you prefer not to take expensive glasses & other supplements from their shop.

Changed to St Catharines office to be closer to home. Had Dr. Chris examine my eyes. He was thorough and took the time to explain and answer all questions. All of the staff were friendly, attentive & very helpful.

I haven’t been to the eye doctors in years and was advised by my family physician I need to start having regular checkups. I found Dr. Hopkins & Associates Optometry was highly rated online and decided to go there. I had a great experience from the minute I walked in the door. Two friendly staff members greeted me when I got there. The office was clean, modern, and well designed.I only had to wait a few minutes until one of the girls from the reception desk took me into an office to take pictures of my eyes and run some tests. I saw Dr. Chris Schellingerhoudt and he was fantastic. He was friendly and happily chatted with me while doing my eye exam which completely put me at ease.It turns out I need glasses for reading (I’m not surprised, I’m getting older) and another wonderful staff member took the time to help me pick out glasses that work with my features and meet my needs. She did some measurements to make sure my glasses will be perfect for me when they come in. I also found the prices to be reasonable and they had a great selection of glasses to choose from.Overall I had a great experience and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of an eye doctor.

Very thorough..found something I wasn't aware of..but thankfully I was given information on how to hopefully push off further problems.Very nice experience. Office is beautiful and well equipped.
