Horrible store. Gave out wrong information and I come back to try to clear up the misunderstanding and all they can do is say sorry. Not a single effort given to assess the problem. Don’t go to this fido if you don’t want to get scammed

Not a good experience and waste my time. I just moved to Vancouver and looking for switching to BC plan. A nice stuff was helping me, but when we almost done, another stuff or manager just rudely interrupted us and told me I cannot be switched so I got to leave. I went to Richmond center Fido shop and got it done in 5 min with no problem.
