Gravity Beauty Lounge

I absolutely love this space. The building is easy to find and there is lots of parking. The parking lot and washrooms appear to be well maintained by the building owners. Gravity Beauty Lounge's space is bright and so clean!I have been getting my nails by Jasmine for 4 years now straight, besides early covid. She is both able to take a picture and copy it, tweak it to make it her own, or do something out if her head when I have literally no ideas of what I want. I know everyone's nails are different but I personally have only broke 2 nails in the 4 years we've been together and it was my own fault (I tripped smashed into the ground).The energy Jasmine and the other women working bring to the space is fun and inviting. I've often said getting my nails done is my self-care.It looks like they have some rooms left to grow too. I'm excited to see what services will be offered in the future on top of what they already offer.Only down side is I have to cross the bridge, but it's worth it.

Can't say I'm overly impressed, booked an appointment online for a manicure/gels. I receive a text message stating that appointment can't be accommodated due to: "With no reason at all. If your going to cancel an appointment maybe provide a reason or at least call your potential client and make arrangements for another time. Poor customer service."

This is the best nail salon in HRM! I have been going to Mariah for Nails for 3+ years & she’s amazing.. she doesn’t rush, she perfects anything & everything she does!As well as the other ladies at gravity beki & jasmine do awesome nail art..Kenzie does beautiful flawless lashes, I can’t barely feel my volume lashes !& of course dayna the hair dresser, she has been doing my hair for years & I’ll never let anyone touch my hair besides her!They’re all very knowledgeable & passionate about what they offer!10/10 nails, hair & lashes always are on point !

I got gel nails done last week by jasmine and 2 have already broken off. The quality isn’t good and they crack when they slightly hit something. They are also very expensive for the just the tips being painted. It wasn’t even extra polish for her to add since I was only getting the tips done. The tips were different colors and the only part painted. I don’t understand why it cost 10$ more just to do the tips. I will not be going back.

I have mixed feelings about the experience.I went to the place because it had many positive reviews. My nails looked decent in the end, but the experience itself was not good. Beki did my nails very patiently but it was a very long process. Normally my nails take about 45 minutes to an hour but this was a 3 hours painful process. Painful because while filing she got in on my skin multiple times. It was bleeding that can happen I very well understand that but she didn’t apologize once and kept on repeat buffing on the same wounded portion. I feel maybe they lack experience. I appreciate the effort and time she put in but I won’t be going back. The price is not worth the experience.

Beki is by far the BEST nail tech I have ever been to. Never have I ever been disappointed with a set she’s done. Gravity has such a welcoming atmosphere, and the girls are all amazing at what they do and super friendly.

WOW can't say enough nice things... Mariah Provo is amazing and very friendly and entertaining. Was like goin to visit a friend..I will definitely return for more .. Salon was very clean..The other staff also very friendly. OVER ALL A 10...

Love the new space!! So gorgeous and clean. I’ve never been unhappy with my nails- Jasmine goes above and beyond! Not only do they look beautiful, but I’ve never had an issue with one breaking and I am pretty hard on my nails. Even when I whack my hand off something, not a chip or break in site! Amazing quality and great products. Zero complaints whatsoever!

Lovely, professional atmosphere to have your nails done. The staff are all friendly and talented. Mariah does my nails and she's incredible- always exceeds expectations. Highly recommend ❤

Since they opened in December I have been thoroughly enjoying the Gravity Beauty Lounge, the new space is so hygienic and is very chic and well kept. The nail technicians and all of the staff that I have met are so friendly and make you feel very comfortable. My personal nail technician Jasmine has always gone above and beyond with the nail designs and she is so efficient with her time. As well the lounge is conveniently located with multiple parking spots it is a lovely spot that I recommend to all of my friends and family.
