This place closes at least 3 hours before actual closing time and does not update their app nor their hours online. So I end up ordering then showing up only to find out that it’s closed. When asked why they close super early without updating their info online and on app, the only explanation they gave is that they weren’t getting enough customers to stay open.They also don’t honour what is ordered through the app. I ordered a plate that comes with steak according to the app. At pick up they said they don’t allow substitutions. I said it is not a substitution as there is no protein picked by default on the app and steak was one of the options that comes with the plate? Was told that’s not the case regardless what the app shows and chicken is the only protein allowed. Well they just lost one more customer.

This is one of the best franchise I have been to.One of the newest Freshii in Richmond, this place is a gem. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly and the food is healthy, cheap and fast. Everything is well stocked including condiments, sauces, tissues and cutlery. Washrooms are clean and well stocked as well. The two girls working here are super polite and friendly. They seem really happy working here, kudos to the management.For anyone who wants to start a franchise, take note - this is how you should run your restaurant.

Disappointing experience on a recent visit to this location. Staff were not trained on how to make specific salads, they added and removed ingredients repeatedly before getting it right. The bowl was only half filled when they finished. I had asked that the bowl be filled up a bit more as I regularly eat at Freshii and the normal portion size is more than what I was being given (especially for a $15 salad). The staff member simply said no and that she would report the other stores that overfilled" their bowls. At this point I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was dismissive and completely uninterested in my concern

I am currently waiting here for a Skip order Sunday March 13 around 7pm. The young girl working went above and beyond with customer service in helping walk in customers as well as making sure to stay in contact with me as I waited. I hope the owners see this and she is given the proper credit for dealing with a busy time of day with professionalism and amazing customer service. Well done

Great place to eat healthy food at reasonable price. Staff is friendly and you can also remove and substitute ingredients in any bowl or wrap

We used their services to cater a business lunch today and the service, the quality - everything - was on point!My guests were thrilled and everything was delicious. In fact some of the feedback we got was that this was the best lunch they've had in the office!I looked like a hero, though the credit belongs here.They were kind enough to provide us with cups, plates, bowls, and cutlery and even set things up. The Energii treats btw are incredible!Thank you Alicia! (I hope I spelled that right!)Will definitely try and use their services again!

I go to this location regularly as it is near my work. Service is excellent. The people who work there call you by name if you go enough and are always friendly. The food is always good quality. I have been to other locations where you barely get a hello. Other food places can learn from them.

Staff have no idea what they are doing, refuse their own coupons then try to overcharge on in-store offers. Used stale ingredients (beans and carrots) literally the only good thing is decent hours.
