Treehouse Pediatrics

It was my first visit with my almost 3 year old. The receptionist were so kind and welcoming. The appointments were on time. I reached 10 mins earlier and was sent to the room directly. Doctor Nael is so amazing and patient. She explained everything so well and i already saw results in 2 days. She was so sweet and patient with my child. The whole experience over all was awesome!!

This is very neat, clean and well run pediatric place. I take my babies there. Staff is very friendly and they communicate very well. They always call a day prior to my appointment as a reminder. My babies visited two pediatrician there, both were great and no complain.

Pathetic experience.Adding further in this commentsYour Staff is rude and need to learn how to understand the customer situation.!I been to the clinic and really felt bad the way your staff and the doctor behaved .unfortunately I have to give 1 star . I dont have option to give negative ratings!I see more and more negative comments while I scroll down . you should do something about it !

I used to see dr. Salazar at st Maria and she was one of the best doctors there, she listened, gave us the time to understand and ask questions, so I decided to move with her to treehouse the new location. I’m so shocked of how things changed, she doesn’t want to hear anything she just want to ask you questions and you answer yes or no questions then she will blame you for coming on time and not 15 minutes earlier when non of her staff asked us to come earlier. And today she was in a hurry and didn’t give us our time what so ever neither previously since she moved to this location even though I arrived on time she was on lunch eating. She even got frustrated because my 5 year old was moving around in the room not talking not shouting.I’m not there to have fun I’m there because I’m concerned about my child. Wish each doctor understand their duties and the oath they made upon graduation.

Terrible don’t go. Had an appointment for my three year old daughter which we were waiting to go for something serious which they cancelled last minute. We reschedule as that was our only option which ended up being a 10 minute conversation of nothing and now we are stuck tracking down a doctor that actually cares so we can get to the bottom of what’s affecting our daughter.Save your self the time and seek out a professional center that will take your matters seriously and not try to rush you out the door.

The staff and doctors are very polite and respectful. The pediatrician, Dr. Salazar, is very thoughtful and devotes adequate time with patients. She really cares about our health and well-being. She listens attentively and she explicitly gives us proper treatment methods and prescriptions. They are very generous when it comes to giving a lollipop to kids. My 13 years old daughter usually does not get lollipops at the doctor's office because she says everyone thinks she is too old. My daughter is very grateful we have high-caliber professional doctors here in Milton.

Dr. Catalina Tamayo is compassionate . She listens to concerns and makes appropriate referrals if needed. She is knowledgeable ,caring, kind and polite.I really appreciate all their office team they are professional and very caring towards their patients.Thank you Dr.Catalina for the quick action for my daughter.

The receptionist is straight up rude. You guys should do better and try to be polite. Please change your staffThanks for acknowledgement. I would just request people to be professional and polite since we represent the patients side and it makes a world of a difference if people can respond with some compassion. When we contact we are expecting some sort of help but if we are toned down and dismissed rudely, imagine what impression it leaves on the complete society.You guys are doing an awesome job but if people on desk are Rude then all this effort is not recognized and it makes the entire staff look bad.I would encourage this to be addressed internally and hope the place can keep up with their good image.

This clinic might be clean and the doctors might be great however the person that answers the phone this morning, obviously doesn’t like her job or didn’t want to show up for work this morning so unfortunately it’s a 1 star for me! First impression always stick!
