Had not been to this store before this day, and was very pleasantly surprised. Lots of room to move around, clean and tidy. 2 thumbs up. Thank you

They manager was being nasty to my wife and two year old son. he started swearing at her over the phone. He than went outside the store to his car and carried on with harassing her. Talk about intimidation. This happened today at this store.

Worst location ever- Bought slippers and they were broken, noticed it when I went home. Came back to the store within two hours and talked to the supervisor. She did not even acknowledge that something could’ve been wrong with their item, instead said you might have bought it from another store or stolen it and now you are bringing it back. Like seriously?? Are you kidding me?? I understand you have no exchange no refund policy but at least acknowledge.- Their prices are not displayed properly. Always have an error when you bring items to cashier and they do not practice scanning code.

Beware the prices on the product are not always the actual price. What it scans at the front is what they will charge you. When asked why we aren’t paying price shown, told the price went up and the product was never repriced with a sticker. They will only honor the tag price on one item, the rest you must purchase at the scanned price. Company policy we were told. Shopper beware.

Always lots of fun staff are always friendly and helpful always lots of fun new goodies to check out

Met Abdul who claims to be the store manager. He absolutely doesn’t know how to talk to customers. I strongly thinks he is repelling customers away by the way he speaks. He is trying to insult people smoothly.

I find the customer service is terrible at this location. I went to get a few things there today and I seen an employee restocking the shelves I went to ask her a question about the cost of something that wasn’t marked and she looked at me and then another lady was asking her a question. All of a sudden she got very upset and said I have you asking me a question and she is also asking me plus I have to get to the front of the store to do cash! I never did get an answer she just walked quickly to the front of the store and she went to do the cashier job! I said you are very rude and that’s not good customer service, but when I was going up there to pay for my stuff, she left the cash register, I had no intention of going to her to pay for my stuff, so I went to the only cashier and he was good, I asked him for the managers name so I could call him. He also gave me her name. She had gone back to the cash register and was rude to the next customer. I will be calling the manager tomorrow to let him know. I don’t usually give a review but I have noticed I wasn’t the only one who has had the same experience.

I would put 0 stars if I could, the customer service here is horrible. I went in to buy something small so that I could get change back for bus money, handed the older women my cash and the product I want, she then rudely through the money back at me saying No. I won't do it" I explained I didn't have anything smaller than a $50 and she continued Saying no which lead to me missing the bus I needed to get to an important appointment because I had go elsewhere. I will never go back to this location"

Like all dollar stores there's not much that's a buck any more however, this dollar store is packed with great items you can't get in most stores like it. This is our go to place for dollar store items. This location is particularly well stocked clean and courteous!
