I came to this store on a Friday and spoke to the manager asking if they have the phone I wanted which they did not have in stock. Dave called the other Rogers store that have the phone I wanted. He asked to leave my phone number so he could call me when the phone is ready. By Monday, he called me to pick-up my phone. From my experience, the team at this store was very helpful and attentive. Dave gave me a great deal and he was not upselling any products which I appreciate.

Great experience visting this location I went in to get some assistance regarding my phone bill, internet connection and Tanveer was great. He took charge of the issue, he educated me on the process and ensured I left happy!

I have been a client of Rogers for years but I have never had such amazing client care until I dealt with Sri at their downtown location. He is not only professional but super friendly and very patient to find a solution to any problem!I highly recommend this location. The whole staff and management is great!

Great experience visting this Rogers loction last week! I went in to get some assistance regarding my trade in and Dave the Store Manager was awesome. He took charge of the issue, he educated me on the process and ensured I left happy! I would recommend this location to anyone looking to visit a Rogers location

I was helped by Sri, who was one of the most helpful and enthusiastic staff i have met at Rogers. Walked in with a few issues with Rogers and uncertainty in keeping my wireless service with them but Sri solved the issues and provided a nice deal that convinced me to stay put. Easy going and efficient. Keep it up Sri.
