Terrible customer service. After they renovated the store that used to be located where Zara is now, employees don’t care a bit about selling anything. They were all rude and condescending when I asked them about a size for one of their jackets.It’s so sad that the store deteriorated it’s customer service when everybody used to be so friendly before :(

We just wanted to take a look around, but this lady was so nice and kind we ended up buying a lots just because of her . Very good customer service. She was just back and forth to show us all colors and different styles. Recommend to shop this location. She is really helpful. Thanks beautiful lady

I appreciate TH’s brand and their style, my parents love TH, but today when I went to visit with my sister, it felt like me were discriminated because of the way we dressed - like we didn’t belong. Like we didn’t have the ‘’money” to afford being there. When my sister and I walked in, the 2 workers today just stared at us with a judgemental look on their face. We said hi first and only 1 responded while the other one kept staring. She ended up walking off and we eventually had to cross paths again - the isles were kinda narrow so we were head to head. I shifted a tiny bit but not really in the end as I noticed she, the worker, the “professional” decided she didn’t want to move. Eventually she moved because I was going to shoulder her. The disrespect this women had.

Their socks, T shirts and jackets are very good. I like their thick cotton socks better than the thin ones. The perfumes all smell disgusting. There’s a lot of people here during Boxing Day.

Never had any complaints about the products. The quality is always good. The customer service girl went above and beyond to let us know about a coupon on my email and we got a good discount. We ended up visiting again yesterday to buy more.
