Changed the battery bit pricy but good customer service

Wanted $25 for a watch battery replacement so I went elsewhere and paid $14. Worker/Owner also said his watch repair station is third party" to the Bay and that he doesn't work for them so maybe that's why the prices are so high as usually the Bay is very reasonable"

Great little kiosk inside the Bay. Good service and reasonable prices. They have earned my return business.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff had two watches one repaired and one battery replaced. Battery replacement was a little pricey but was done right away

Disappointed there were not any employees around the department to ask for assistance. Ended up going in to the mall and did my shopping elsewhere. The cases were stocked, I will go back again, but will not wait around for 20 minutes for assistance.

I had my necklace fixed and cleaned and I waited two weeks because it has to be sent to vancouver. I paid a total of 54.95 (25 for the claw; 29 to solder the loop and get cleaned) After two weeks, Yes I am happy, I got my necklace back and fixed but I was not satisfied with the cleaning. My necklace is still a bit dark but the guy said it's been cleaned already, it just got that antique look. Guess, what? I was not happy about it. I went to a different jewelry store, bought a silver cleaner, and my necklace is shiny again. Only paid 13 dollars to got that cleaned in 10 seconds. I am not going back there anymore and definitely not going to recommend them to my friends. See attached before and after pictures below.
