I searched the internet far and wide for discontinued Volcom shorts, which I love and fit me just right. I finally found a pair in my size via Nomads online store. I ordered them, they arrived fast, and were accompanied by a personal had-written note thanking me for my business. My experience from start to finish has been excellent. Much appreciated. Thank you!

My wife went into this store on Saturday to browse around and she was followed by one of the young Caucasian female store associates. As my wife went around the store she caught the store associate peeking around corners to keep an eye on her. Then when I joined her, I noticed a similar thing happening when I was looking at the watch display. At first I didn't think anything of it until my wife told me what was happening to her. I shouldn't have to say this but if you're going to profile someone, maybe don't profile someone wearing a Prada purse that costs more than your two week salary. Needless to say we walked out, even though there was some nice stuff in there. Not sure if the associate was racist or what, but we will definitely not recommend this store nor will we ever return.

Taylor was really helpful today, helping my MIL find dresses that fit. She had some gray suggestions! Only downside is I found the prices quite high. Otherwise great selection of summery clothes with great staff.

It was my first order with Nomads and I couldn't expect a better experience. Order was shipped within a reasonable amount of time, tracking information available through the entire shipment, they follow up with me to make sure I received the order and I am happy with the product. I sent them an inquiry and the reply followed promptly. I don't know how they are able to provide an excellent customer service but I wish there are more companies like theirs. They even took the time to handwrite a note thanking for my order. The bike fenders fit perfectly and match my bike's color. They came with the hardware necessary to install them. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

Before Christmas, I bought Burton Womens Avalon Bib Pants online. As my holiday was coming up, I called the shop assistant to confirm the delivery time. The pants and service left an unforgettable impression on me. The service was so excellent. The parcel arrived as scheduled and I also saw a heartwarming handwritten note in the parcel. I was so moved.

Love my new skates! Online order and they also left a cute note in the package and love that the store is Canadian and ships from Canada. I was looking for the Impala skates for so long and it was hard to find them shipped from Canada so that was a bonus and it came quicker than expected, thank you! xo
