Had a P.O. for clothing for my kids and they couldn't fill the order because there weren't enough proper sizes or a decent enough selection so I ended up getting half of what I was allowed and I still haven't been given any alternative options for my children. Cashier didn't know her role and kept having to pull her supervisor over. Took way too long.

Found this to have better ladies clothes at a good price. All staff were very helpful and polite. Only negative thing is that there was no one available for the fitting room but otherwise a positive experience

Did not have wheelchair accessible changing room! The staff said it was being used for storage for staff items!

Convenient location. But, check-out staff kept messing up with the prices of the items. The staff have to know that if the price is keyed wrong to the customer that, by law in Canada, the customer is allowed to get that product free.

All the produce was in dry food isle in boxes that said, keep refrigerated". If that doesn't tell you everything you need to know about this place

They always have the items advertised on the sales flyer. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Store is bright and clean.

I tried to return a shirt, two cashiers couldn't seem to make this happen. Terrible customer service. I am unlikely to visit this location again. This isn't my first bad experience at this particular store. Love GT, just not this location.
