Great experience from design to ordering with Ryan. Russel and Justin did a great and professional job installing all of the products and made sure everything was running smoothly. Exceeded my expectations.

I have to say, every time I have set foot in that place it has been a great experience no matter who is there. I walked in there to experience the KEF Blades a couple years ago and ended up going back a few months later to buy some KEF R700's which have been fantastic for the last couple years. Great place, definitely recommended. Still want the Blades... Maybe someday.

Had a great experience upgrading my home theater here. Wanted some new floor speakers but was relying on internet word of mouth to figure out where to start. Went to a Magnolia theater and saw no staff and only a couple mid-range setups, not much to get started.Came to Halsten and had a great time. Their staff is knowledgable, courteous, and will work with you on whatever goals, budget, and environment you’re dealing with. They’ve got a great selection of AV equipment to try and you can even bring in your stuff to compare! I got a much better product than I would’ve by following run of the mill tech and user reviews, and got it at a great price. If you have any questions regarding price, performance and more, this is the place to look and I’ll definitely return when I expand my setup. Thank you Mike for all the help!

Halsten Entertainment offered Truly outstanding service from my initial inquiries through the installation and follow-up. I wanted to update my basement with a Home-theater experience. They have a terrific showroom to demonstrate the products they sell. Mike on their sales team, listened, was open to my requests and put together the exact system that I wanted. Halsten’s installation team were professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. I also had them upgrade my existing household network. It was done efficiently and now my home network is better than ever. The best part for me is that all the people that I met from Halsten seemed genuinely interested in giving me the best experience. They are trusted advisors that I highly recommend.

This store is very pricy. Has poor customer service. If you work with any other dealer you can find same stuff cheaper. I encourage you to get quotes from other dealers. One time I dropped to see the carpet options for home theater. I picked two options. He could not tell me the price. They told me they will email me. Did not hear back from them, so called back next day. The guy sounded rude and cocky and still could not give me a price. I tried to buy B&W speakers from them. Their price was highest. They don't get back to you on timely fashion when you ask something. I had scheduled an appointment with one of the store guys who apparently knows technical stuff. That guy didn't show up for appointment. It was wasted trip. Over all poor service. I can not imagine they are still in business.

Over the last 7-8 years, Halsten has found it's way into just about every room in my house. TVs, home theater speakers, wireless speakers, outdoor speakers, media cabinets, you name it. Mike and Eric know their stuff, and have always been super friendly and helpful with whatever I'm looking for.
