Fun4kidz Play Centre

We stopped by here for a birthday party. The seats, tables and floor was dirty. We were at a private party at 0930am.I was helping family wipe down the tables and seat so it would be clean for us to use. There was food from the previous day’s party on the floor. The garbage bins had last nights dust, hair and other things. The garbage bins did get emptied for the next party.Kids had fun because they do not pay attention to such details. Location is great. We enjoyed strolling in the mall afterwards.

Extremely rude management. Front desk(man) COMPLETELY ignored me while I was waiting for him to finish the phone call. Did not turn his head to say hello to acknowledge guest nor wave after I had said hello and hi to get his attention, let him know I was there waiting as his back was facing me.Response to owners review reply:With your response, there’s definitely a lack of customers service skills as well & You're right it is not the end of the world. Waiting was not the issue, I had waited. However, a glance, smile or nod; even a one finger showing one minute is a great way to welcome your guests, if one is unable to greet at that time.

We hosted our kids’ 8th birthday here. It was a little pricey considering the only thing you get is a little room for two hours as well as unlimited use of the play area for the day (nothing else is provided), but the kids enjoyed it and that’s what matters.

Just visited Fun4Kidz the other day and I must say it was a great experience. My kids enjoyed the place and the staff up front was very nice. Would consider going again in the future.

This is my daughter’s favourite place. I really like this place the kids can play and parents can relax. I have to said a special thank to the front desk employees they are really do a good job. Especially to Vanessa, she answers my questions and help me understand the rules. She is being very nice to kids, and my daughter likes her very much. We like to spend weekend in this little fun place and I strongly recommend all friends to visit. It is really FUN 4Kids.

I wish there is a choice of 0 star. The inner playground looks old, and equipments feel like not being repaired or renewed in a long time. Many net on the top(which is to protect kids safety) are broken with big wholes but not fixed.Cleaning level is a nightmare. Dust is everywhere, foam balls are stained, the whole place is so dirty like a big trash station… Kids are very easy to get injured by the slides in this place.DO NOT waste your money here, you can find somewhere much better to play with your kids.

$24 for 1 child and adult, unlimited play, in-and-out privileges, comfy seating, not too loud. After 3pm it gets busier with some older kids. Not such a good place to do work on a laptop as there is limited access to electrical plug ins. Great for all kids from enfants to 12 years old.

Been bringing my kids here since a little while back and they absolutely love their time here. It's a great opportunity to spend some time together in between the hustle and bustle of the work week. In addition they also offer a shop option so my partner and I can get some shopping done if needed and still be able to pick them up after we am done. There are so many amenities and the playground is huge with endless fun options. They never seem to want to leave the playground when it's time to go. Not to mention the fact that adult admissions are free with with the kids admission (which are ALL DAY btw).Contrary to some of the quite hateful reviews I see on here, my experience with the staff were actually incredibly helpful and polite. When one of my kid's toys was misplaced during their time here, the manager (I believe Vanessa) was extremely helpful and was able to help us promptly and efficiently. In general I'm quite pleased with my experiences here and will continue to return regularly with the family. Would simply like to remind everyone to treat the employees here with basic human respect and I'm sure the same will be returned.
