Dr. Madeline was an amazing doctor to my Italian mastiff. I never had any issues with her treatment and reception was a pleasure to deal with. The clinic did well at creating an environment that is stress free for animals. It was easy to get an appointment to come in.Unfortunately I am no longer a patient of the clinic. Not by choice. I was sent a letter terminating my relationship with the clinic. Not over how I interacted with them. I was never rude or disrespectful. I never made things up or treated anyone bad. Months ago my dog was put on a special diet due to health issues. It made such a difference and I am very thankful. The food can be hard to stock at times and no pet stores sell similar food so a solution was to keep 2 bags in stock at all times as per the notes left on my medical records for all staff to see. I had ordered food and after arriving at the clinic for some reason somebody decided to send a bag of food back without my knowledge and then when I asked to pick up the food, I was told that food is kept for 2 weeks only and then sent back, and I can reorder the food at the new increased price as it went up in price. Apparently now they do not keep food in stock, or are phasing it out ( I was given both as reasons.) No thanks. I was totally fine paying the increase on all future orders, but if I order it at one price, I should be receiving it at that price. Nowhere on the clinic's website does it have information on a process for ordering food and when the clinic may return it. Nor did anybody at the clinic notify me that if I did not pick up my food within a time frame, it would be sent back. My dog eats daily. I was going to get the food for sure and if it was a problem to keep it in stock I would have happily came to pick it up i I knew it was a problem. When I tried to talk about my concerns I felt like nobody would help resolve this in a mutually agreed way and that I was being taken in a circle by different people. When I asked why I was being terminated I was told by the clinic they don’t need to tell me why. I have a disability and this made it very confusing for me. I feel like they just wanted me to go away and stop talking about the bag of food. I feel like nobody wanted to consider the solution to the problem that lead to keeping food in stock that was noted on my dogs medical records or acknowledge that there is no process for clients to see relating to buying food, and the simple thing to do was to get rid of me. This is a sad outcome for me of what was a good experience other times. I was happy coming here and my dog loved it. He normally does not like going to the vet but coming here he was always.

Caution - 7 out of 8 puppies died during a c section with this vet with no explanation given. *All vitals were normal minutes before surgery and to be clear puppies were not in distress prior section as per this vet.*Staci - BlufrenchiblesIn response - Not sure how many frenchie litters have died on your operating table. I own the stud to this litter and I guided this breeding through till the end. I’ve identified myself.

I bring my super anxious pup here and two chill kitties. They treat them so well. Highly recommend.

Mountain Vista Veterinarian Hospital is always warm and welcoming. All of the staff care deeply for the animals and their owners. I have taken 3 different cats over their lifetimes for care and have been very happy with the professional service. I was their recently with a new Siamese cat and she loved Dr. Dodd. Thank you.

Couldn't have been more happy with our kitty, Wednesday's first visit here.She was absolutely terrified to be in her crate and head to the vet, however as soon as she was in the room with both the veterinarian and vet tech, their level of care made her feel super calm and relaxed. They even sat right on the floor with her to ensure she was comfortableHighly recommend taking your fur babies here

I cannot say enough kind words about the exceptional care and support for my beloved pet Ringo, both during his medical care and his end of life. Dr. Jacquie and Dr. Erin and staff went above and beyond. Truly caring and supportive. Would highly recommend!
