I had an excellent experience with my car service here. Service and Parts were helpful, and there was a welcoming environment from the staff.

My wife and I had to purchase/ finance a used SUV as we're expecting our first child and this all just seemed to happen during COVID-19 and social distancing. So we weren't expecting much and would have to either rent a car or borrow one but we figured why not at least try. Much to our surprise the service provided by Kennedy Ford, especially by Clayton made the whole process seamless. After calling we got a friendly text from Clayton who pretty much laid it all out for us and how it would work. Through texting and emailing we were able to not only see the car but to get it financed and arrange trade in value. What we thought would be an arduous process turned into simple and surprisingly fast in spite of social distancing. We honestly asked about the SUV and were picking it up in about 6 days later. All of this would've not been possible if it wasn't for the diligent work of our sales rep Clayton and our financial aide at the dealership Massimo. They really made the entire process quick, easy, clear and straight forward. We are quite happy with the service we were provided and relieved that these gentlemen made getting our SUV possible for our growing family.Much Appreciated!

I haven't been to this Dealership in over 2 years, however, there's a reason I don't go to the closest Dealer to my residence.It was an absolute treat dealing with Jim Covell (Service Advisor). Talk about going the extra mile. He saw something on the work order that he felt the need to discuss with me. He ended up tweaking a few things and saving me a few bucks & headaches during the process. He is clearly an Advisor that does his job and goes the extra mile to ensure things run smoothly there. I was extremely impressed with this, despite being one of those that aren't 100% Dealer friendly/oriented, however, this is the sort of initiative required to change the stereotype surrounding Dealers. A job well done. Thanks.Getting in and out of there with an Uber ride home was a breeze as well.

very upset!! I brought my Escape November 29th in the am because my car stopped due to high engine temperature, so I got it towed in right away and the Adviser told me it would be treated as an emergency and it will probably be looked at over the weekend. I called the next day, where I was told you didn't make an appointment and our already busy schedule

As a new client to Ford, I was skeptic of the service from the start until I started going on a regular basis. Service just kept getting better and better. Great work and great customer service.
