Pyett Spring & Alignment

I needed the axels on my 5th wheel checked for alignment since my previous set of tires had worn such that the installer of my new tires advised I get an alignment. I had a 9 a.m. appointment at Pyett and Dave went to work soon after I arrived. Just before 10:30 he was finished and explained what he had done and answered all my questions. I was very glad for my brother in law's recommendation. The bill was surprisingly low. I met two other employees during my time there; both were welcoming, helpful and courteous.

I put a new control arm in my truck and took my vehicle here for an alignment. Times are tough and I did the work myself . I waited 2 hours for them to align my truck. The service tech came out and told me the job is done but it's wrong because the upper control arm cam adjusters were backwards. He trashed the installer (me) and then said he adjusted the other side improperly to match the side with the backwards cams. Why on the earth would you do that!? Come out and tell me it is wrong! That would be a courteous thing to do and I would have no problem paying for the time you had into it! So now I have an improperly aligned truck that will need a second alignment after I swap my cam bolts around. The lack of communication and assistance was pathetic. I would've even paid extra to just have them flip the bolts around right there if they were willing... But no conversation with the customer and this is the mess that happens. People need to understand that mistakes happen and open communication with a customer goes a long way. Would not recommend this shop .

Had springs upgraded, tires mounted and balanced and an alignment done on my 5th wheel and everything including the price was top notch!!!Recommend to any RV’rs or even cars and trucks full service!Workers are polite and courteous from the front desk to the mechanics in the back!Thank you very much!!!And also thanks to Niagara Trailers for recommending them - you know what they say about birds of a feather!!! Applies here for sure!

Top shelf experience. They were recommended by Dekkers Auto as well as a bunch of guys on my Fire Dept.Clint (very friendly and knowledgeable) came out to inspect my truck and found that I had a cracked spring. He gave me some options based on my use (I own Aura Landscaping). Gave me a fair quote and was able to order the springs (which they also added to and did some custom work) and get the work completed very very quickly. Anne and Dave were also great to deal with and make you feel like family. Highly recommend Pyett Spring for any work on your home or commercial vehicle and equipment. Thanks to everyone at Pyett for the amazing experience!

Always the best place for springs and alignments. Thanks to Luke and the team at Pyett's for getting our trailer back to stock height. Quickly and at a very fair price. Soon we can use it to get our race car to the track.
