Use to love using their service until my husband dropped off his Ostrich Tony Lama cowboy boots but never got them back. Was told “they lost them.” I wonder how many other $400 boots or shoes get “lost” every year. Crooked!

I have been going to Service Shoe Repair for years and have yet to had a negative experience. They have re-soled a pair of sandals--twice--that I've had for over 8 years. They have stitched torn shoe straps back on, put zippers in coats and suitcases, switched difficult to buckle shoe straps over to velcro closures. All for very resonable prices. You name it, they can probably do it! I'm a loyal customer for as long as they stay in business.

Got my backpack zipper done here, good job however I only needed my zipper fixed, and when my boyfriend picked it up for me they mentioned they also fixed the velcro and charged and extra $5 for it. We didn't request to have the velcro fixed so I don't appreciate the extra charge...also forgot to call us when it was ready so it took an extra 3 to 4 days since we didn't receive a call.

Best place in town to fix whatever you need I've been going here for well over 10 years and these guys have always done great work at prices I still can't get over they should honestly charge more for the awesome quality

Update, I have quit wearing my boots because the sole has started coming off alreadyLove my boots! They did an excellent job fixing them! They also shined them up beautifully and got done a few days early
