Horrible workmanship, not enough material!!.Sal and crew did three driveways in neighborhood and there is a 2 inch hump in the middle of driveway. Gravel is exposed because not enough asphalt was used and stones will soon start popping out. Other owners are having the same issues. Repeated calls and messages to Sal yielded nothing. If you make the mistake of hiring them, make sure to retain the payment for a few weeks after completion.

We use Sure-Way Paving for all of our commercial property needs. We have been using them for our new building constructions and for our old properties that need a facelift for many years.Paul is transparent, courteous and their crew completes our work in professional and timely fashion. Thank you Sure-Way Paving for all of your hard work. If you have a job to pave I would highly recommend Sure-Way Paving.

Anthony was our rep from Sure-way Paving, he was professional, on time and always returned calls and texts. Sure-way isn't the cheapest paving company but we believe you get what you pay for, Sure-Way provided 3 inches of asphalt compressed, some of my neighbors used less expensive paving companies but their driveways had cracks after 1 year and later found out they only got 1-2 inches of asphalt. We would highly recommend Sure-Way paving!

Very pleased with the job Sure-Way did today. The guys were very courteous and professional. When they left everything was clean and tidy with no disturbance to the existing landscaping. Definitely recommend them.

Don't believe the positive reviews - they are bought. I feel like I just had $4,000 stolen from me! Do yourself a favour and spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. These are photos of our driveway at 4-months old. Problems began just 6 weeks after the work was completed and Sureway has done nothing to fix it. There is no excuse for workmanship like this. I will post again in the Spring when more homeowners are looking for professional pavers. I can't imagine what kind of a mess I will have on my hands after a winter of thawing and freezing.

Sal and his crew were very professional and efficient with our driveway, my neighbour’s and neighbour’s family. Sal was always punctual, communicated well and followed through with his words. Sal/crew did a water test, all three driveways were cleaned up and taken care of and paved very professionally. Nice guys, very hard working and very likeable! PICK ANOTHER COMPANY. The location of an inground sprinkler line, running under the driveway, was pointed out to Sal and his crew before they started working on our driveway. Unfortunately they hit the sprinkler line. Nothing was said and due to the time of year we did not immediately discover the leak. Photos were sent to Sal , who said he would look at the problem. Numerous phone calls and promises later, Sal came to see the problem. Now that we have arranged for repair of the damage, neither Sal nor the Sure-Way office return our calls. Find another paver, Sure-Way Paving excel at collecting the money but don't want to fix their mistakes.

Fantastic job on our church parking lot! Quick responses and great customer service. Matthew and the team at Sureway Paving exceeded our expectations especially during COVID19. They communicated with us in a timely manner during the job as well. The line painting afterwards was great too! Thanks Sureway Paving!

We were looking to redo our driveway with asphalt and originally had contacted a different contractor, who stood us up for endless weeks without committing to any dates. Frustrated, we looked up another company and came across Sure-Way, and Sal was quick to all our inquiries and we had a turnaround that was faster than what we had originally went through with that other contractor. No job is too small for SureWay for sure because we share a driveway with our neighbour but the work was for only our side. Sal gave us a quote that met our budget and his team was also very friendly and prompt when they came to work on our driveway (even put away our hose and turned off the tap in the garage, when we told them we could clean up afterwards!). Good quote, and prompt response, I would definitely recommend the team!

Sal and his team did a great job to replace and update and resurface our driveway. Due to a volume of jobs it was difficult to get onto their schedule to finalize the job. I would recommend continued contact to ensure the job is completed in a reasonable time after tear out. The overall quality was good and the crew did a nice job to keep the overall worksite clean before, during and after they were done.
