Canadian Tire

Asked for help from an employee for auto parts the employee scared me shouting that he has no idea where the product is and he will not be able to help me as he do not work in that department. Such a terrible customer service.

This Canadian tire store in Hanmer is very bad with the appointments, I remember having an appointment for oil change and they made me wait for 3 hours as they were doing oil change for some one they already knew at my pre booked appointment time and these people always blame on the online system. Called manager and he was not helpful at all.

Lacking customer service skills.Chewing gum while talking to customers at the till is incredibly disgusting.. perhaps put less pieces in your mouth?I could not make out what she was saying..Felt rushed with no line, cashier seems annoyed and bothered by customers.Very poor experience.

Friendly staff and always willing to help out. Usually have good deals and things I'm looking for. Store is accessible and well maintained.

Hello / Bonjour,Please consider installing self checkouts at the Hanmer, ON location.Self-checkouts are supposed to cut costs for retailers and provide choice for consumers.Why would I wait 10 minutes, maybe more at the Hanmer location, when I can check myself out in 30 seconds?Thank You / MerciYvan Chenier

This store seems poorly stocked in many aspects however some" of the staff are so helpful

This Canadian Tire has to be the worst one in the Greater Sudbury area. Every single time I've had to go to this location, I've had a terrible level of customer service. I would recommend driving 15 minutes to either Chelmsford/New Sudbury and skip this store all together. After my last visit, I was so mind blown by how bad it was I decided I'm not going back.

DO NOT GO FOR AUTO SERVICE IN THIS STORE THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS AND WILL DESTROY YOUR VEHICLE.0 Stars for the Auto Service Department.Bought winter tires in November from this store , they sold me tires and rims without tire pressure sensor as they did not had the product for my car .On 26th April booked an appointment at night for morning 9am as the slot was available on the website for morning 9 am, next morning after my night shift and driving nearly 30 minutes reached at store around 08.30 which is before the appointment time and I am getting the news that the system has booked 2 appointments for 9am and I will have to wait, they made me wait till 10.30 just to change the tires which were on the rims. during the tire swap the old tire sensors which were working before winter tire installation, were showing error msg asked person working in front and the technician they were really rude and unprofessional they did not even checked my vehicle and said they will not help me with the issue as they I came uninvited and I did not had an appointment with me, I told them that it was your systems fault as I have an email proof for the booking and the fault was not from my end. And if they are having issues in the system they should be calling customer before appointment to let them know that there is system issue and to rebook instead of blaming it on customer and making them wait 2 hours. These people have destroyed my new vehicle the error msg is still on for Tire pressure .People who ever are working in auto service department are ridiculously unprofessional and have no idea how to deal with the loyal customers . Never going to put my foot in this store again.

Bought a portable air conditioner from Canadian tire south end lastnight (May 29/23) for a decent price. Go to the Hanmer location today (May 30/23) to buy a second unit and the price was fifty dollars more. When asked for the price to be matched they told me no. I asked for a store manager and they told me no. Terrible customer experience. Further training needed! Thanks.
