I have a bad dairy allergy that causes migraines and joint pain. My sister is also lactose intolerant. We went here because they advertised vegan options, and they did have vegan ice cream which was good. However, both me and my sister asked BOTH employees if the waffle cones had any dairy in them, and they BOTH told us they didn't, so we ordered them. When I woke up SICK with my classic dairy allergy symptoms the next morning I wondered and a quick look on their website told me that all of their waffle cones are made with milk. This is incredibly careless and allergies need to be taken seriously. If an employee doesn't know what something contains when asked they need to say I don't know or look it up. They also crosscontaminated the vegan ice cream by mixing it on the same slab as the regular ice cream.

The Ice cream was great. Sample and unlimited mixing wow.Nice store, and customer service was great we had a very good dessert.Will come back to try other flavours.

Had a coconut ice cream at this place several times, not sure what people complaining about. The ice cream is good, staff is friendly and very accommodating. The ice cream on average will cost you$ 10. Definitely worth checking this place out.

You can make your own ice cream flavor... C'mon what else do you need to convince you to visit this unique place in the city?The only downside for me is the cost, but works for an occasional fancy treat.They also have flavored popcorn and nice looking icecream cake but I've never tried those.

Me and the wife wanted some ice cream tonight, checked google… said marble slab open till 11pm. Got here at 10:40, open sign off, employees still inside.. doors closed and locked. Waved to ask what the deal was and they ignored me n walked to the back. Update your hours please, I drove across the city to grab some ice cream.

Ice cream is good but it feels like every time we go there the staff is more than annoyed that people are there. I don’t like being in customer service either but I still pretend that I do when I’m working, makes the space feel less than friendly
