I was shocked.The female owner was completely arrogant and opinionated and unwilling to have an adult discussionWhy would any one dare to take away an individual’s right to make decisions for themselves. Seriously In this day and age.The opportunity was there for her to provide access to child safety kits for anyone who walks into her store. She refuses because the company providing them AT NO COST just happens to be an insurance company. And she actually said (quote) “I’m not going to have this in MY store because this says Ask the rep about other benefits you may qualify for”I believe in being informed and making my own decisions. And they only way to do that is to be allowed access to the information. Let the individual choose for themselves instead of taking away the choices.I would definitely drive all the way to another town to get service.

This is a great little store in Black Diamond. Service was very helpful. Huge selection of products and supplies. Impressive.

Was not sure if we caught her at a bad time, came at opening 5 min to 10am. Attitude made you feel like a nuisance for being a customer. Brisk in demeanour, made to feel bad for petting her dogs, seemed more interested in getting her signs out than helping me. Had potential to be a good stop when in black diamond, but I wouldn’t want to be a bother to her day again.

It's hard to find these great products anywhere else! A lot of natural products. Great service and very informative owner. Very helpgul too!!I live up north and she offered to ship her products to me!Thank you

Lately, even with the good food I get at Chinook Windz my old cat has been experiencing matting in her long hair. I asked Cheryl for help and left with a salmon oil dietary supplement and a new brush.About a month later I have a happy, healthier cat who not only tolerates but enjoys the new brush and all the matting is gone.Her fur is smooth again. I am so grateful!Thank You Cheryl for your exceptional guidance and the happy results!

Nothing Short of Pet Food Snobs in a small town.Asked for Ian's and was lectured to about the brand not meeting their Strict Standards. She's about another product they didn't have, Was told they had Nothing for me and I Left.In 17 years of doing business, I would never consider treating customers this way.If you are camping the in area, then my opinion is to drive the extra kilometres to Okotoks, What businesses know how to treat potential customers .

Good variety of good quality dog and cat food at competitive prices. Tim was very helpful in his knowledge of their product and what was available. They are doing everything they can do to ensure that pet owners have what they need in this difficult time. It is a very well organized, clean store in a great location.

Had to return an item to the store. Normally most retailers have no problem with returns especially when a customer wishes to exchange it for a more expensive item. Needless to say, the female owner makes the process very difficult and portrays a resentful attitude towards a customer thus earning a poor review.
