Wish I could give more than 5 stars. The baked goods are to die for (especially the peanut butter chocolate cookies!!) and hot foods, frozen delights and gelato are all not to be missed. Such great and friendly people. Every time we are in Victoria Harbour, Rooted is our first stop!

Feels like a HOME, not just a Cafe or Restaurant? Small cozy spot with all sorts of goodies, both homemade or uniquely sourced from excellent suppliers. Highly recommended!

I was so impressed, I know and I love vegetarian food. Been a veg person for over 30 years and this place was certainly one of the best. Great selection really nice people. Haiden looked after the table and Kurtis was in the kitchen. 4 of us ate at a reasonable cost. A good-food place to support in Midland.

Best service ever!! So super friendly and kind. I placed an order through Skip the Dishes, and Frank called as they had just sold their last of the item I had ordered - he put together a sweet little box of other goodies for the same price. He was so accommodating and went above and beyond for me! Totally recommend

Absolutely love this place, my family decided to check it out and I waited outside with my dog, when we were approached by the owner who quickly made friends with our Husky puppy and invited us inside to join the rest of my family. The owner is extremely friendly, the staff inviting, the food incredibly fast, flavorful and healthy. Deciding on what to choose off the menu was extremely difficult because it's all healing, descriptive and unique.After we left my little guy liked it so much he began kissing sign. I was pleasantly surprised to find a completely plant-based breakfast spot while visiting Midland! The owners, Frank and Jenn, were very welcoming and personable! The French toast was delicious, but the eggs" Benedict hit home for me! The flavour of the hollandaise sauce was on point! There is also a plant-based marketplace and bakery in-house. Can't wait to visit again and try their many other items! This place is a vegan's dream!"

Rooted Plant Based Eating Cafe & Market Inc
Rooted is one of my families favourite places to go. Their food, friendly atmosphere and service are amazing. They have one of the cleanest establishments we have been to and they follow all protocols including sanitizer at the door and wear masks indoors and outdoors when serving customers which makes me feel safe when going there with my family. I would highly recommend Rooted plant based eating to anyone.

Great experience at Rooted! We were very excited to find an entirely plant-based restaurant with grocery options. The staff/owners are so friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed the food. We did the taco salad, carrot hot dog (so unique and yummy!), meatball sub and waffle. Loved the big menu with lots of options for everyone.You also have to try the vegan gelato. Soooo good!
