10/10 for The Floor Shop and their products. I was looking at their previous work on their website and decided to stop by the showroom. I brought them a challenging design with a lot of requirements and after they were done the place looked even better than I imagined. Very accurate work and the quality of the floors speak for itself. Do yourself a favour and go and speak to them

We decided a couple months ago that we wanted to re-do our 2nd floor as our kids have put a lot of wear on it over the last few years. After several weeks of searching we visited The Floor Shop and were blown away by there selection! There is tons of samples and the customer service was beyond expectations. The whole process was smooth and our upstairs looks fantastic!

We purchased some cork flooring from The Floor Shop 3 weeks ago and could not be happier! The staff were knowledgeable and guided us through their vast array of options. The floor looks incredible, and I can hardly take my eyes off of it! Highly recommend them if you are remodeling.

My wife and I were both extremely satisfied with the whole experience. We had never bought wood flooring previously as new homeowners. Our salesperson was really helpful throughout the whole process, from floor selection to installation. Thank you very much. They worked diligently to provide us with the floor of our dreams. We were working under a tight deadline to finish the project, and they worked tirelessly (literally) to ensure that we met our objectives. They regarded our endeavor as if it were their own, as if it were their personal house. They don't cut any corners and ensure that all of the smaller aspects are met. Highly recommend!

They did a beautiful job of installing the hardwood floor in my kitchen andliving room. My husband and I were both impressed on how great it looks and alsothe quality of the wood. It adds and brings more elegance to our house. I reallyloved our new flooring! The service done on time and the installers were verynice and keep things clean. So if I were you I would get this flooring with out adoubt.Recommended!

We did some renovations this year to our home. Dealing with contractors can be daunting, however the experience with the flooring and baseboard install was great. The Floor Shop staff from start to finish were amazing. I have already recommended them to my friends and family.
