I really enjoy mammas pizza and approecate this location is open late however it has worst customer service I have ever experienced… I called this location to make an order and when I asked them to price for my pizza in a small size vs a medium; I was given attitude, told to check the website figure out what I want and then come in store to order …. I can instore; I witness them selectively let people use their washroom while deny others… once I got my pizza, I confronted them and they pretended the issue was due to being busy but I called 3 times and spent 20mins in store waiting for the pizza that I tried to order on pick up; they were not busy … you will get better service from a hotdog vendor than this mammas pizza

Customer service is horrible. The employees lack common sense also. First and last time visit. Food was Medicore and on top they just throw the slice to u like I didn't know we were playing catch here. Have some professionalism and common courtesy . You hate the job so much quit.

Simply the worst pizza i have tried in Toronto.Thats so many better places around. Go to any other bit not here.Sauce is ridiculous, dough is poor. If a slice was 1 dollar I would consider, but it is not the case.

Great staff, good food! A little too much cheese and grease but what can you expect, it's pizza. Great food, def a gem for late night food.

They advertise prices that are not correct and they just say that they have the right prices in the computer. That the ones in the Howard don’t matter. I asked how am I supposed to know the real prices and said nothing. They don’t do anything to solve the issue.Ordered the Mediterranean salad, difference was $2Don’t even bother coming here.

They get the order wrong when you pre-order and sometimes forget it all together. When you get there, the food is not ready because they forgot to make it. Pizza partially burned. AVOID.

We got 3 slices to go for $ 15.- Pepperoni- Hawaiian- ClassicI knew how the taste could be but wanted to try it.Not bad for once or if you're craving for it.But definitely not my favourite pizza place.

By far the worst pizza I have ever had. It had mint instead of basil, cold on delivery, and undercooked so that the dough was soft. Just order from Big Trouble, which I neglected to order from this one time because it was closed at 9pm. :( Absolutely awful, I just ate one slice because I was so hungry and threw it out.

I got the calzone with just pepperoni and it was delicious! The dough was great and it was very fresh and hot!
