Fountain Tire
So we were told to go to Fountain Tire for our flat tire problem. The on-call, Tim, was friendly on the phone and in person. While they don't always have stock that matches your tire size, they provide outstanding service, and it is an easy walk-in shop, especially for a visitor like me that not stay there to wait another day for an appointment. The guy at the front desk named Chris was super friendly and very informative. They provide a good waiting lounge with free Wi-Fi, coffee, tea, and a clean washroom. Overall, a great experience and excellent service. Thank you, and well done!

Fountain Tire
Got a flat tire just outside of Hinton. Tried to put my spare on due to modifications i made to my truck. Filled my tire up as best i could with a small compressor and headed straight to Fountain Tire. They got my truck in pretty quick, Dan informed me my tire wasnt repairable and gave me tire options they had in stock. I didnt like the tires that were available so they modified my ball joint studs so they could fit the spare wheel on and didnt charge me anything which i was very surprised. I highly recommend them, they went above and beyond to get me back on the road quickly.

Unfortunately we broke down Canada Day on our way to Clearwater BC , but we were fortunate enough to be taken care of by Nygil and his amazing customer service team! Special shout out to Adam who was relentless in solving our transportation issue!Thank you Fountain tire Hinton!

On a cross-continental road trip, we broke a rim. Fountain Tire made time for us first thing in the morning, even though they had a full docket. They found us a rim that’d fit our out-of-country model car and got us ship shape in only a couple of hours. Great, kind, considerate people.

During the evacuation of Edson on may 5th my fiance noticed a funny shake on her van while driving. Moving around her in my vehicle I noticed one of her tires did seem to be moving strangely in comparison to the others so we stopped and looked at it and seen it was in bad shape.We limped it to Hinton and called the fountain tire to have someone come out and put 2 new tires on the rear. They arrived quickly and did the work very quickly and got us on the road again and were kind enough to waive the after hours call in fee and help my family safely reach our end destination.Thankyou to the two guys that worked on our vehicle during that stressful time.

Booked appointment during my husband's hospital appointment. Upon arrival, problem in shop delayed everyone's time. I was also 90 minutes from home and couldn't deal with a further 90 minute delay due to a shop issue. Nigel managed the issue very professionally and my tires changed over as per the original appointment time. I was very happy and my husband and I drove home in comfort. Thank you to Nigel and his staff for very good service and attention to customers needs. Would recommend this business for reliable affordable auto service.

We were camping near Hinton. We went to Miette for a day trip and our engine light came on. We were concerned about towing our trailer home to Edmonton the next day. The last thing we need to end our holiday with is a road side break down on Obed Summit. We stopped in to Canadian Tire, and were completely ignored, treated like we were wasting their time. We went to Integra Tire, and Troy treated us with kindness, and genuine friendliness. He hooked up our truck, checked the code, told us it was an oxygen sensor, and we should be fine to head home the next day. We felt much better, and absolutely impressed with the service we received. Thank you for helping us, when no one else would!

Fountain Tire
Ran into a problem with a tire on highway 40 south of Hinton on a Saturday evening. With no spare and the tire damaged beyond repair, I had to get the car towed 50 km to town. Dropped the car in the Fountain Tire lot and called in the morning (Sunday!). Logan took the call from the off-hours call service. Logan arrived to the shop promptly and had us on the road with a new balanced tire in 35 minutes! Truly a talented young fellow! Much appreciated!
