The staff at the head office is okay although they had a problem with their IT that caused a problem for me. Not impressed with their field worker; went through the site and should have been finished, then decided to check something else which meant a lot of my time was wasted while I have to be present again.

Scott is very dishonest owner. He sent two Technicians at our manufacturing plant for inspection. I have spoken with Fire Department. They confirmed to me that one Technicians license is suspended and other is non licensed. Fire Department must shut this business down as they are playing with public safety and making everyone unsafe in GTA Toronto!

Scott is a big liar. Infact 7 years ago he was running his company called Ace Fire going door to door asking for business. Michael who was the actual owner of Steadfast died and pass on his company to Scott. Scott is the main reason why the service of this company is deteriorating. He thinks he is an experienced fire consultant but has no fire Safety background at all

I was fortunate to call in to ask about my expired dry chemical extinguisher from Kidde. I asked to recharge, which they could do. Upon arrival I was informed there was a recall for the model. This type of info is critical for consumers so I was grateful for their professionalism in being able to offer an alternative, certified model for my needs. Thanks!
